I have some information to direct to you. I'd like to take that opportunity to disclose it. Again, my name is Gail Rivers, my number is (951) 547-3191. Please take the time to return this call. As you can see she did not disclose that she is trying to collect a debt or that she is from a collection agency as she is suppose to.

Her name is Gail Rivers she works with OCTCU  She never stops calling Never had an account with them and Have proof.....

kept calling my daughter stated they got my son in law's name from somewhere. I hate when they call him.

Keep calling and when i answer(because its a business line) they simply hang up. jerks! now know it is a collection agency called eri trying to collect on a loan from three years ago. bloodsuckers!

they are a debt collector, they will work to get money owed to their clients, they will get a huge commission if they get ANYTHING..

i.e if client is owed $1200, and they settle for $450, they will get $100 of that!

they are not being nice, they just dont care =)

This is an actual company that does business with Credit Unions. I had a hard time back in 2009 with my car note and had to give my car back after paying on it for 2 1/2 years. I was really frustrated and didn't understand why I still owed money for a car I didn't have anymore. I was really rude to this guy Ryan the first few times he called, but thankfully he was persistent and patient enough to explain why I still owed money on the loan. They negotiated a settlement with my credit union that I could handle and now my debt is paid. He sent me a settlement letter like I asked him to and was a real nice guy. Don't be scared guys... if you owe the money, just call them and talk to them... they can help you out just like they did with me.

Be careful with this guy named Ryan because he would be so nice and try to get the phone numbre from your work place.
