These deluted half-baked, half-witted, unscruplous garbage keep calling me, threating, yelling threats, including me dying in a jail cell saying i had stole 400 hundred dollars from them. First I had my caregiver call Family services, then call att gen office 573-751-3321, sheriffs office 573-323-4510, put an alert on my accounts for fraud, called FBI thru email in St. Louis,luckly for me all these offices got involved the evening they were calling non-stop, even interrupting other phone calls with threats especially after the sheriffs called their number, calling back really threating saying they were not afraid of anyone here in the USA, cops or anyone else and they would attach my Social Security check. They  were trying toget enough personal information to intercept my income. Thank God people including the law are now investagating this number, so call all your law enforcement letting them know about these people and scams anywhere.

I have had this guy just call me yesterday for the 1000 time.  He threaten if I did noy call today he will have warrent for my arrest, and standing officer appear at my home, said my correct address, then will appear at my job , and said my job name, then advise me to call read the # so fast I could not understan it.    i could not understand the rest.   what so bad he did get me for a $100.00 because I beleive this idots not agin. Im going to sue them for harrasment

Yes, I got a call from these people as well, claiming to be Jeremy B Harrison, & a warrant will be issued & they will come pick me up at my OLD address!!! LOL!!! I did dome investigating on my own, this is a huge scam, & they are hoping that someone will take them seriously & pay them!!! DON"T!!! You know what you owe & what you dont owe!!!

OMG!!!! i just got the same call while i was at work just like everyone else it had me really worried i was in alot of trouble i couldnt understand why they were calling either cause i have never took a loan out and i kept trying to tell them the same but he would get really loud and pushy with me and was saying he had all the proof and that if i didnt pay them back i would have a warrant out for me and would have to go to  court and he even said my manager would have to go im glad i found these post it puts me more at ease now but i am reporting them and hope they get busted and go to jail

I recieved a call yesterday from this number...same story all the way! I blocked their number and put a fraud alert on my idenity. Take attention protect yourself. Good luck everyone. You arent going through this alone.

I just got a call from this same company.  They said they are a law firm and they are trying to collect on a cash advance that I took out in 2010.  I asked them for the company name and he said it all falls under Cash Advance.  I continued to ask the company name and he just repeated himself.  They have my social security number, my cell phone number and my work number.  He threatened to have Sheriff come to my house and job and arrest me.  And oh yeah, I would lose my job and reputation in society. If anyone went online and applied for anything like a loan, this is how they got our information.  DO NOT TRUST ANYONE.

Yea these jerk offs called my cell like 5 times then called my work and asked me why  Ikeep hanging up on them... I was like excuse but  you called me and I will hang up on you when you are talking stupid about owing money...He stated his name was Jeremy Harrison and he has a accent that is horrible he was all upset cause I didnt let him speak to my supervisor and told me that the cops will be at my job I told him well call them now and once me and the cop find out who you are I am gona shot you with there GUN lol he got scared then and hung up LMAO..... get a life you LOSERS

This idiot has called me several times, with that same crazy scam. This is absolutley ridiculuos, that someone could steal all of your info and then use it against you in order to scare you into giving him money.

i just got a call about the same thing, at work.  i hung up on him and he called back - 2 times... AT WORK!!  i was terrified until reading these posts.

ive been getting phone calls from this number to got me all scared but i had my aunt call and ask them to send me statements on what i owe and why i owe them... but he wouldnt do it i aslo asked for his address to send money *wink wink* like i would do that anyways he kept asking why do i need it and i told him so i have as much info as i can but he still wouldnt give and he threated to fire i aunt like he could do that i had my aunt call and sayt sorry wrong number he got pissed called her back and started cussing at her... which i dont belive its right for a company to swear at a person for calling..... after that he stopped calling me but called my aunt with a number which was *0000000*

Yeah I just started receiving these calls. I've been ignoring them because I don't even know anyone in California, but then they called my work and my supervisor called me. He gave me the same B.S. about owing some money on a loan. I looked through my back statements for the last year and nothing even comes close to matching up.  I'm gonna call his bluff I guess because I'll be damned if I'm paying some money that I don't even know where it came from. But calling my work that's just crossing the line.

I have been recieving these same calls. How did you guys get them to stop, they also have all my info bank, work, ect... Please help!!!!! I am so bothered by these calls I now have the law enforcement and my bosses and lawyers involved. Do not give them any info just hang up on them.

this number tried to b***s*** me too. they really had me believing it till i called my bank.
There were no previous charges saying they gave me a loan. i called the number back and asked for their information, they asked me what i needed it for. then i figured it was a scam. they got all furious and said that they were going to charge my account for 4000 dollars. they have my social, bank number, address, and work info. very scary

W do they even get info like social security numbers address and stuff that's crazy

I received a call from this guy with a accent that I didn't understand stating that I owe on a loan and he started swearing at me so I knew this was a scam.  I do collections, and I know for a fact that you can no call someone names over the phone. This is a violation of the FDCPA. If anyone else gets a call from this number hang up on them. SCAM##

I am sick of these people calling saying they are sueing me for something i didn't do. I have never had any business with these people. And they are  telling me they will sue me. I can't even believe that people do this stuff to others for money!!!!!!! I am SICK OF IT AND I WANT IT TO STOP NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mom has been receiving calls for the past few days from this guy and today he started threatening her with a sheriff coming to arrest her.....also saying that she would lose her job and her reputation in her society (lol). He also has her address and bank account number though so we called the FBI and they recommended contacting her bank and the credit bureaus. They also recommend filing a police report for identity theft in order to fight any fraudulent charges purchases etc.

The guy is definitely full of it. He gave me the name of my state when I asked him which county the sheriff would be coming from. But the whole situation is still concerning.

I just got the same call from the same person and he had me in an uproar. I thought at first that he was right and that I was going to jail for someone else using my identity, but then he got too pushy and was telling me that there was no one else to talk to me and explain what was going on. They tried telling me that charges were being pressed against me for check fraud and 2 other accounts of something, I couldn't catch it with his stupid accent. But then I told him I would call him back and then I called the police! So they are aware of it up here, if this happens to anyone else, they should call the police too and maybe, just maybe ... they will end up getting busted!!!

I too have received calls from this person.  He is very pushy and I cannot understand a single word he says.  He threatens me with being arrested, etc.  I'm not sure where they are getting their information, but he gave my social security number to a person in a different department at my work.  I'm calling the Feds NOW!

Everyday I get a call from some person that sounds like he just stuffed his mouth with a peanut butter sandwich or two, and he is in a call center room. The phone number does not call them back. He says there is a case of fraud against me and he has my social security numbers and threatens me by saying there is a warrant on me for fraud, demands I pay and wants my bank info....Doesn't give me any amounts or company name....YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If there is a warrant I will risk it, I could use a free vacation and 3 free meals a day, with nothing to do but sleep...
