They call only asking for first name.  No Last name given.  They call themselves Vision Financial. I have no OUtstanding Credit Cards out.  NOr any financial Debt.  I have not had a Credit Card in over 10 years.  I always pay Cash.  Hate Middle Man.  Work hard for my money.  I want nothing between me and My Money, you know?

Yes, got this cll today *2012 - May 1st -  The way debt collectors get paid is by getting money from you to the company you owe - and if you charged off, the company was paid, now they want the money for them , and in turn , they will get the Charge off  , off your credit report.  So if you own say 5000 to a company where it was "charged off"  any money the collection company gets from you is 100% pure profit. just sayin.. the world is a cesspool and these people are the turds

They asked me to verify my birthdate and adress and I said "ummm NOOOOO",  so they said they will call back another time and maybe I will feel like giving them my personal information then. LOL. Are they serious? Don't give these people any personal information. What I do now is just tell them unless they can provide me proof of the debt from the original creditor (with the original creditors letterhead and not just a piece of paper with an amount) than I am not going to pay them a penny. I tell them this has to have everything including all the interest, etc. the orginal creditor was charging and that I'm disputing everything and that I'm going to send them a ceast and desist letter and they stop calling but send me to another collection agency so I have to tell them the same thing. It's really hard if not impossible to get this and so they can't prove the debt and can't collect from me. If they did have this proof of my debt then they would have my address and not have to ask for personal info.

Number is from ARS National Services. They are a collection agency. I gave him my BK attorney's number. We'll see if they call back. Just thought anyone would like to know who they are

EVERYDAY I RECEIVE A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER, I TRY TO CALL IT BACK AND I GET SOME RECORDING STATING THAT MY CALL CANNOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED.

They call every day. I am sick of it. Is there an address? I want them on a do not call list. Can I sue them or take them to court for harassment?

Got a call from this number 951-808-5410 but I was not home. Apparently this a collection ageny (ARS National Services) never heard of them. In any case I guess they where sued (Class Action) in 2004. i just got a call from this number and lady rudly asked for someone in my family and when i told them that person was not available, she hung up... so i call the number back but dead silence on the other end.  No ring tone, no busy tone ... just dead silence.
These calls are irritating...
