If they are vague on who they represent, don't bother. Receiving a letter is a good way to prove who they are and whether what they seek is valid.

Nathan Boyd is the given name from the caller. Says he is from CPC a collection agency. When I suggested that I would call him back the next day he said he would not be in the office.  However, he called me the next day from the same number. He called my home phone several times and my cell phone.  Very annoying.

Received a call from Nathan Boyd a few days ago. He left a message on my house phone but before I even got the message he was calling on my cell phone.  How did he get that number?    He wanted to know how much income I had and the bills I had to pay and how much I was willing to pay his clients. When I said the amount he woud not accept it, needed $320.88 a month or I could borrow money from friends and family to come up with a substantial down payment ($2-3 thouand) and maybe something could be worked  out.  He refused to hear the financial situation and doesn't believe what I said is truth. Told him to let me see what I can do and call back the next day.  Conveniently we wasn't going to be in the office so I had to call back before 9:30 pm same night. He keeps calling both phones. It's becoming VERY annoying.     Do you know the address of this company?

Its the same man calling says he is Nathan Body with CPC and first he kept saying he was at someones office. Now he says he is with CPC and has its important to speak to me today. He tries to put on a deep voice every time.
Someone should go and break his arm......LOL

Left message stating that my wife had until tomorrow evening at 6 to call, or else "we will have to make a decision for you; after that, unfortunately, we won't be able to help you". Caller ID said "CPC".
