If you really want to stop these people, complain OFFICIALLY to the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. Contact Monica Brown of their Telemarketing Dept at Monica.Brown@freshfromflorida.com and/or go to the website www.800helpFLA.com and use the online complaint form. Be as specific as possible. Name Michael Hilgar and Elite Information Solutions and say that his company is making direct sales solicitations in violation of Florida law in addition to violating Federal law (you can make that complain to the FCC). Unbelievably when I spoke with Monica she told me NO ONE had yet made a formal complaint against this company. I did. Now YOU need to do as well so we can put these people behind bars. Michael Hilgar IS a criminal and known con artist. Just look up his record. He has gone from one scam (roofing and stucco) to another. WE need to stop him.

Received a call early Saturday morning and a man tried to sell me equipment for diabetes testing. I told him that I don't have diabetes. He then attempted to get my Medicare account number and social security number. I told him that I'm not on Medicare (yet). I said I was going to call the police and he hung up fast.

Got a call from (213) 814-2555. Glad I could go to 1-800-notes to find out who these idiots are.. Many thanks. I love caller id and ooma which allows me to block them from hereon in!

Just received another call from them,tried to call back ,number not in service.I just filed a complaint with the NDNC people.I am so tired of this crap.Next step unlusted number but this will probably be as goog as the DNC list.

get at least three calls a week from this number.Does the DNC list work??? How can these calls be stopped?

for a number that's not in service (according to what I hear when I dial back), some entity is certainly making a lot of nuisance calls. I wish someone would pull the plug on this automatic dialer.

Have been getting numerous calls. When not home, they don't leave a message, but Caller ID records the call. At least once every few weeks, latest at 2:53 in the afternoon.

They called both my cell numbers and  house phone today.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message either. Don't know who they are and don't want to talk to them either... caller Id is the best thing ever invented.

These people are using fake numbers and fake names.  The Credit Voice is their real name, the name they hold on their telemarketing license, which is in Florida.  The calls are coming from 495 Semoran Blvd, Casselberry, Florida.  Mike Hilgar runs the place.  Complain to the FTC and your state's Attorney General.  The FTC already has many complaints on them.  Many Attorney General's in different states also have several complaints on these people.  Indiana Attorney General has already filed suit against them.  The more complaints these organizations get, the sooner they can be stopped.

Calls at least twice daily, never leaves a message.  We're in Northern California

they left voice mail saying that the fire and police dept want me to get protection  Yeah right.  Think I am stupid.  Will not answer calls. Thought this was against the law.  Someone enforce this please.  Go after the creeps.  Have a list of 38 phone numbers that have called over the past months.

They called me and it just says Los Angeles CA I didn't pick up

They just called me at 6pm tonight.  The CallerID is spoofed, so complaining to whoever is a waste of time.  Buy a call-blocking phone, and block this number.

Just got a call from this number.  Came up on caller ID as "Los Angeles".  I said "Hello" 3x.  There was no answer, so I hung up.

I don't answer unless I recognize caller id. Calls but leaves no messages. I've tried blocking but they have some system that fakes out my blocking.

They hang up every time I answer my bussiness phone. I reversed called and its some guys voicemail, I can't understand it but it sounds like ? Travis of Cindy's Trama, the number is from LA. I wish they would stop! I have a real bussiness to run!

I picked up my business phone and a roboJERK said something like "You are a senior..." and that was when I hung up.  Nothing on Caller I.D. but the phone number.

they just called me too, what ever happened to our "do not call list" and they always seem to call around the dinner hour .

These scamsters call several times a day, almost every day.  It's a recording for seniors.  I am on a no-call list which does not seem to mean anything.  I called this number back and was told that this number "is not in service."  Is there no law against this harassment and abuse?  There should be.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.
