I received call this morning but didn't answer. After checking on here, I called the number back and told the woman that I am on do not call list and they have violated this and will be fined each time they call me. She said she would make note. I told her if they call again, I will notify  the authorities and make sure the company is fined to where they would be paying me Gold and Silver

I have received 4 calls from 1-952-223-6265.  No message.  I'm blocking them!

They called again. They are pushing the "Doomsday" senerio, that we will be using gold and silver to barter instead of dollars. Didn't know about Warren Buffett's silver buy in 1998.

Went blank when I asked him how he was going to make me money. You can make money in gold and silver and if these Bozos knew how, they would be using that pitch instead of the "Doomsday" pitch.

Unsolicited and unwanted call from this number. My phone is on the FTC Do Not Call list and I have already filed a complaint. I purchase NOTHING from telemarketers.

Regarding whether the Do Not Call list complaints are worth it; if people don't file the complaints, no one can use them or follow up on them if anyone decides to.

Do not do business with rookies who don't know their industry. The rookie called me, I guess he doesn't get the Glengerry GlenRoss leads, and didn't know who George Soros and John Paulson are. They are the biggest players in the precious metals market. He should have started with, "Did you see the piece about gold on 60 Minutes last night?"

Your mobile phone may have a call block feature.  It is not an optional service you would need to buy.  I use a Samsung mobile and the feature is a couple screens deep behind the tools icon.

Hey Norma, I too, buy gold and silver. I have bought from 3 different reputable dealers. The problem I have with BBC is that they started calling out of the blue and call twic a day. I am leary of these guys simply because I do not know who they are. I almost got stung by one dealer and stopped the transaction when I started getting suspicious, and turned them info to the feds. Turns out, they were running a huge boiler room operation and they were prosecuted. I am cautious who I deal with now. BTW, I am very glad that I have bought the metal that I did. Also, listen to Alex Jones, not Glen Beck.

Take it a step further.  After you put them in your contacts list assign them the ring tone "no ring".  The calls will go to voicemail without interupting you.

All telemarketers are pain, it is just an addiction. Love to talk be a telemark......i told them hei I have no $ to do any of that, so some of them still call and one time I talked to some kid , we start talking about f....cars and kid spend like 40min on that, guess what he gave me not bad advise on some repairs. Spend less on that part than I was about to. I would not put all telemark......companies under the same judgment.

"Keith's dad had suffered a stroke in 1999. A seizure in October 2009 left him with memory and reasoning impairments, she said. His problems gradually worsened until he was hospitalized for two weeks in December as he recovered from cerebral bleeding.

Keith filed a lawsuit last month against Barber Coin, its president, Leonard Barber Jr., vice president of sales Robert Boyd and McNamara alleging that they cheated her father, a vulnerable adult, out of at least $65,768. The newspaper agreed not to name her father, who has a different surname, because he has cognitive impairments.

McNamara, 56, is a fast talker who invokes religion in his sales pitch. He has been convicted of check forgery, possessing counterfeit checks, theft and driving under the influence, but it hasn't stopped him from working at several Twin Cities coin dealers. He now is managing director at International Gold & Silver Exchange in downtown Minneapolis.

"I'm in recovery. I've got three years clean," McNamara said.

After he left BCC in June, Keith said in her lawsuit, Boyd took over her dad's account and began "repositioning" his holdings, first selling gold and buying silver, then reversing the process.

Keith says her parents built their own home and never carried a mortgage until last year. Then she alleges that Boyd persuaded her dad to withdraw just over $174,000 from a reverse mortgage to buy more coins.

He bought some at huge markups, Keith's complaint says. For instance, she alleges that BCC sold him an 1862 half-dollar for $18,000 that appraisers valued at $4,000.

While Keith's father was in the hospital, BCC initiated transactions to convert some of her parents' gold in an individual retirement account to silver, the suit says. Her parents denied "knowingly" authorizing that.

Bloomington police say an investigation is pending. Boyd declined to comment.

McNamara said he conducted one transaction with Keith's father and gave him a good deal. He said what happened after that, though, "was absolutely atrocious." He said he's cooperating with police.

"I do have ethics and I do not believe in taking advantage of people, especially the elderly," McNamara said.

Bergmann, Barber's attorney, issued a statement saying Keith's accusations appear to be based on "suspicion and misinformation." He said BCC, Barber and Boyd are cooperating with police.

"I know some things look bad. He's got some employees who had some bad records," Bergmann said. But he said he expects Barber to prevail.

Bill Voss, a Texas lawyer helping victims of coin fraud, says the fallout from coin rip-offs is only beginning. With prices near record levels, coin companies are popping up left and right and people are buying.

But eventually, he said, they'll want to sell.

"When they start realizing that what they bought, they shouldn't have bought, and that they bought it way too high ... I think there's going to be a major, major problem.""

I have talked to several brokers, and did purchase,guess what I am glad I did, with this economy you people need some wisdom. I have a lot other ph # calling so ,there is jobs like telemarketing, we shouldbe happy to have a job, or better be a broke looser and bit.....h about the telemarketing calls.....people grow up,really does it really matter if you not interested then do not own the phone. Really get some education, and stop bitc.......g . In this market if you wise you should protect your family with metals. first time getting a call from these people. they asked for the owner, of course denied them getting through. after reading these posts i see that we are now on their list and probably will get tons more calls.

called my cell phone. i save these numbers under the name "avoid" so when they call again, i know not to answer. you have to give them different names in your contact list: ie: avoid 1, avoid 2, etc. or, put them at the end of the alphabet under yucky1, yucky2, etc.

This company sells coins at a premium that have little resale value. They quote laws that don't exist. Stay away.

They do not leave a message.  I do not answer any numbers that do not pertain to my work as I have memorized all the numbers that I need to respond to due to the fact that I get SPAM calls all of the time and they are too time consuming.

Do not call is not a joke. It does help with reputable businesses. HOWEVER, unreputable businesses use computer programs that sequentially dial all number within an exchange. This is illegal but you cannot prove it.
