These calls ARE from Heartland America and they want to sell YOU their membership plan for BIG discounts! Most items I have purchased are good but it is only 3 or 4 dollars more and no yearly charge of about $30.00 which they renew without asking you! I would ADVISE AGAINST buying their membership

I placed an Order for a SnowThrower from Heartland America catalog & received it & it has worked very well for the one time I had the opportunity to use it in this year 2013 first snowfall, but I received a call from 952-361-5702 on Jan.3 per my Caller-ID, & when I called back the man said he'll check my records & then kept saying "OK.....OK.....OK" for a long time, when I asked him what was "OK", he said he's checking my records, then after a few days I received in the postal mail a couple of $10 discount shopping cards, & a display of various items shown under the captions "HOT BUYS... GREAT DEALS" and "HEARTLAND VALUES OF THE MONTH" and somewhere in this card IN VERY FINE PRINT was " we will automatically renew your membership at the current price using the credit card on file". I immediately saw in this an automatic enrollment in their " Value Club America" & I immediately called the number on the cards 1-800-229-2901and refuted the membership in my name & told them to cancel me out. I also wrote on the placard which they had mailed to me, I wrote REJECTED in bold letters on both sides & mailed it back to them to the sender's address shown on the placard, & I also called the number 952-361-5702 and canceled any so-called "membership" they might have in their records about me.
What everybody should do is to carefully scrutinize your Credit Card transactions as soon as you receive your statement from the Credit Card company & dispute any transaction you do not considered justified.

Rec'd a missed call, no msg was left. Based on this website I beleive it was Heartland America. I just made a purchase. I THINK they called to try to get me to subscribe to their value club for an annual fee.

I received a call from these folks but no msg. I ordered a golf club from them which they said would guarentee an extra 20 yards to my drive. Its true it works!! So, I'm sure they are calling to check with me if I received the club. I have ordered many things from them over the years but this is the first time they have ever followed up with a phone call.

Repeated calls from this number, never leaves a message. Called it back, they have a recording "You have reached Heartland America". I do not know who this is, but I hope they stop their harrassing calls soon...

Caller called but left no message. I'm hoping it was just a mis-dial, and they will never call again.
I don't know anyone from Chaska, MN. I've never even heard of the place.
