Got a call from 952.378.9041 for someone who's not at my number. I called back to ask why they were calling. The woman claimed she was with "Lower my Bills". My number is on the do not call list. I told her don't call back.

Number called my cell phone while I'm at work. Left no message. Called back to hear, "Sorry we've called the wrong number" then they hung up. I called back 30 more times to see what answers I would get and did I get 30 different people picking up the phone saying the same thing if not nothing at all. Really folks?! Get a life!

10/27/11 - Got a call from this number, when I answered no one was there. So curious me, I called back and got "Your online survey has finally paid off". I was like, WTF ?!?! I held on just to see what it was all about. An associate stated heer name was "Brittany" and that I had won an online $500 shopping spree to use to buy clothes, jewelry and whatever I desired online. She went on to ask me my age, I gave that to her (wrong age of course, haha) Shen than asked what I did for work which I told hewr that I did not wish to disclose that information. She then told me to have a great day and hung up. Who allows these people to annoy people with this kind of BS ?!?!.. I am highly annoyed to say the least. I had a block on my private cell phones in which I thought would stop this kind of stuff. Apperently they got through. SCAMMERS FOR SURE !!!!!

I called the number baack and waited for an associate. She stated her name was Brittany and she claimed that I had won some type of $500 online shopping spree for doing a survey online (which I do not recall doing because most of them are scam). She went on to ask me my age, which I told her; she then asked what I did for work, which I told her that I'd rather not disclose. She then told me to "Have a great day" and hung up. What I want to know is WHO ALLOWS THESE IDIOTS TO DO SUCH ??? I mean they called my private cell # several times. So yeah, curious me; I called them back. I do not remember doing any type of online survey but they insisted I did. How can these type of scam artists be stopped???

10/26/11  The same thing happened to me twice today.  Once, in the early morning hours (we live on the West coast) and again around noon.  The first time nobody was there; the second time I got the "good bye" message.  Strange. I'm on the do not call list as many of the other complainants are.

It's a scam, don't answer.  Report them to the FTC.

They also call from different numbers, and send text messages about how you won a gift card.  Any remotely intelligent company giving away gift cards will get you to give them your personal info on the entry blank (why else would they offer a free gift card if they got nothing in return)?

My cell phone is also unlisted/on do not call register.  I got a call from this number and all that was said is goodbye.  When I called the number back, the person said I had won something and to stand by for a confirmation number, then it hung up on me.

I keep getting calls to my cell phone from this number.  When I try to call back, all I get is a "Goodbye" message.

I really want to stop these calls.

This number keeps calling my unlisted cell phone, and like many of the people posting on this site I too filled out a survey online and didn't like where it was going, so I exited the site.  I guess that was not only dumb on my part, but have opened my number up for telemarketers to call.  Does anyone know is there a way to remove my number from this list again?

This was a female who couldn't pronounce my name correctly and I wanted to know who it was and then they hung up on me.

I Googled 952-378-9041 and saw that it was connected to Titan Auto Glass in Jordan, MN it had a website with another number  952-479-8414. I called that number and a man named Jerry answered.  He said it was a one man business and that he had no idea this was happening.  He said he pays Google for advertisement and they are the ones responsible.   He said he would call google and complain as he pays for each call that stays on the line for 15 seconds.  He didn't know that we were unable to talk to anyone at that number as it would never transfer you - just hang up. Therefore, unable to tell them to stop calling.  He said I was the only person that has called him on this.  
Please call him  (Jerry 952-479-8414) and tell him that you too are receiving these calls, it will help get rid of this problem quicker... He sounds like a nice man - hopefully this will help.

This is ridiculous. I missed a call from this number, no voicemail. I called back and got a similar recording as one of the other posters that my survey had paid off (or something) and I should hold for the person to get info to send me a prize package. This is disgusting.

I called the number, also advised, got number from online survey. verified my address, asked my age, martial status and if employed. told me thank then line went dead. sent text to remove number from data base. wonder if ill recieve $500.00 online gift card! LMAO!

I've received two calls on my cell phone from this number today, missed both of the calls.  Didn't leave a message and upon my calling the number back I also got the "good bye" message.  Put the number into a google search and found this forum.

I think that there should be a law against offering free prizes when they are not really free.

Yesterday I was attempting to go to allrecipes.com to find a recipe.  I typed it in wrong putting  allreceipes.com (adding an e by mistake).  It is actually a company named "freehomeupgrades.com"  So then I get a free offer pop up for a $1000 walmart gift card, an ipad and one more thing.  Like a fool, I gave my name, address, and cell phone number.  I DO NOT KNOW WHAT MADE ME DO IT : (   It also took me to facebook and wanted me to type in "I love walmart". So my gmail account started being bombarded with weird email offers for car insurance, scholarships, free money etc.  I was very upset with myself.  The next time I logged into my gmail account, it blinked across the top of the screen telling me that suspicious activity has been going on in my account and ask me to change my password.  I changed it and started to go into the emails clicking unsubscribe on each one then putting them in spam with hopes that gmail would filter them out.  Well the next time I logged in it told me that my account had been disabled by gmail due to suspicious activity.  At this point I was really mad.  I decided not to sweat the gmail account and just let it stay disabled since it wasn't my "important" primary account.  Today I started to get the calls from these number 952-378-9041 and 612-252-8513.  When I answer, there isn't a sound at all.  When I call back it says "good bye".  Immediately I kicked into protection mode and went to my bank and purchased identity theft protection and now I am debating on freezing my credit.  When I googled the number, I found others having the same problem.  For now, I am going to keep a close eye on my credit report and purchase more protection.  I am pissed!

I have received two calls from this number.  Both times, there was no one there.  The first time I held on and after a while someone came on, speaking unintelligibly.  Quite soon I hung up.

But I received one at 1:20 PM  on 15 August, that I missed.  Didn't have my phone with me, I guess.

That was the most pleasant of the three.

Got one call - no message left.  Answered the 2nd time, 1/2 hour after the first, and they said "Sorry, wrong number".

After responding to a promise of "2 free Southwest airline tickets" I got halfway thru the process then changed my mind. But when I was closing it, my computer (google chrome) Auto-filled my personal info! Darn it! I got a call from the number above. I had my son answer and when he asked who was calling, they hung up.... Ugghhh.
