their "system" identifies you as a late payer and you get on their call list. Their calls come from multiple states and area codes and they block their ID. The problem is, as we found out, that if your payment arrives late you get on the call list, and you STAYon the call list until they talk to you even if they have received your payment. Their "system" doesn't update your status from "2 days late" to "paid". The operators start off warning you they are collecting a debt before they have accessed your account and then when you get them to confirm the payment was received they want to update all your information - which they already have. I refused to do that - I'm not giving anyone personal information over the phone when they block their ID. Then they will read you what they have and ask you to confirm that. But - if your payment goes 24 hours late you get on their call list and apparently stay there until the next billing cycle.

Toyota continues to call me looking for Patricia, I have explained that this is not her number and have repeatedly been told they will fix their records. Obviously they do not fix the records as I continue to get calls. When I have asked to speak to a supervisor they quickly apologize, say they will fix it and hang up.
