There are new posting up in Ferguson Hall on the U of M campus, where Jason Dienson (?) and Associates are advertising for Health Solutions in Bloomington. He talks really fast, gives conflicting information and really doesn't sound legit. He wanted to bring me in to meet with execs about advertising and educating people in the area about "Health and Wellness". The deal sound "too good", so I decided to cancel my appointment he talked me into. I just hope it doesn't place me on a mailing/calling list.

If anyone wants to see what this guy looks like:

Page 10 at the bottom has his photo. You could print this off and show it to the Minneapolis police department!
Report Him 2009-07-08 13:06:49 Unknown
Hey people!
I would call the University of MN and report this guy.
This is illegal, and they really should shut him down!
In fact, I feel he should be kicked out of school for abusing the school's search system like that!

Received a call Friday(7/3/2009) afternoon regarding a job opportunity.
The number was (652)486-8545, the person on the other line's name was Anna (pronounced Ona)
She had a very good script and knew what she was doing. Gave me directions to her company.
Address:
1220 W 94th St.
Bloomington, MN 55431
I had an appointment set up and was looking up information on her company Innovative Health Solution and this was the first site to come up.

Got a voice mail from this "Jason" on Monday, June 22nd on my home phone. Same things as above.. Has a work opportunity available and told to call back. I'm guessing this guy is going through the U of MN directory and finding numbers there with the "People Search" found here: http://search.umn.edu/ For some reason my home phone number is listed there. Should figure out how to take that off...
Ashley 2009-06-22 19:06:32 Unknown
That is the same date, time, and location they called me for. Weird. I'm definitely not going.

I received a call from Jason Dinesen 6/19/09 3:24PM
He said he received a referral for my employment. He said he had a part time position open for me with Health Solutions Inc. I asked him where he got the referral and he said it was just one he received through work. I told him sure I guess I could try some thing new for work. I always research before going to an interview and found this website. I did not report anything yet and I am supposed to meet him on 6/23/09 at 6:30PM at this address 1220 West 96th Street suit 1220
Bloomington, MN 55431
#952-486-7863
He said its a Gray Brick Building off frontage road West Bloomington Freeway.

Called me about a job in June 2009. Angie was her name. Found this and the rip-off report., Won't be going to the interview. Caller ID only shows up as two quotes.

Got a call on my cell, it was a woman who asked for me by name (odd since I'm on my dad's plan so telemarketers always ask for him). I was busy but she told me that she had a business opportunity for me and wanted to give me some more info. I blew her off but she said she would try me again at a more convenient time. How the heck do these people get cell phone numbers?
Debbie 2009-04-29 15:46:47 Unknown
Jason just called and talked to my 16 year old daughter about coming out for an interview. I am not sure how he got her cell phone number. I quickly did a search on google and found this site. I called him back and told him he was just a scam artist and to never call my daughter again. He said that people can write what they want about anybody on the internet, it is not necessarily true, I told him how can so many people be wrong and he should do a google search on his number
and yet another 2009-03-02 07:18:40 Unknown
Well that was a close call.
Saw the flier on West Bank, called said number, spoke with Jason, inquired about company, received vague details, was told it was perfect for a marketing major such as myself, was reluctant to set up an appoint so held off, he continued to call me to set up an appointment, I obliged, and I have an appointment scheduled in 12 hours for 1 pm.
The only reason I found this site (thankfully!) is because I was researching info about this falsified "company" for my interview, to which I no longer be showing.
I also found a story about this on Rip-Off Report at
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/390/RipOff0390285.htm

Okay, This is pissin me off. I had one of these same scenarios happen to me last year about this same time, that was a different company all together. Just today I received a call from Angie at Maximum Health Solutions. She did the whole script as said above, and honestly did a good pitch and got me to commit to an interview tomorrow at 6:00, which by the way would mean I would leave work early. Anyway I did have a somewhat familiar feeling to when I got mislead the first time last year and started to investigate. Thanks for everyone putting these jerks in the open!
Joshua 2008-12-23 23:29:07 Unknown
THANK YOU for your postings. Being that jobs are scarce, I was orignially excited to hear about the opportunity. Googled the company (Maximum Health Solutions) and it didn't exist. Of course, Googled the number and it brought me here.
I'm not going to call back, but if he calls again, he's getting an ear full!
PS. I'm not a U of M student, so it looks like he's getting names from WI colleges now too....

I have received calls from Jason, not only this year but last year too. He called me on Friday. This isnt just a problem at the U anymore. Jason is calling me in Alexandria!
student 2008-11-12 19:11:43 Unknown
Called and offered me a job and an "interview" didn't feel right the way he rushed through things. said his company was Max Health Solutions or something tried to google the company but there wasn't one. Thankfully I googled the number and these stories came up. Really helped me out I contacted our Campus Police and had all the flyers taken down. Also contacted school paper to get the word out to beware. Called me back a few times do not answer!!!
Another concerned & irritated student--- 2008-10-22 04:42:27 Unknown
Has anyone pushed the "police" to see what they have done about this? (There's *plenty* they can--and *should* do; just ask any knowledgable person who works at a phone company.) But back to my point--if the "University Police" have the time and energy to hang out at various restrooms on campus (and at the Airport.... you get the idea), thus indicating they have *too* much time on their hands, we need to speak up and remind them where their priorities lie, and that our tax money is what gives them a paycheck.
Clearly this is just one of many scams going on, and has been going on for quite some time. The police need to get off their fat, lazy a***s and do something about this (i.e., "WORK" -- "DO THEIR JOB"!)
Keep the postings flowing!
Symmetry Direct 2008-10-08 20:10:49 Unknown
Hey everyone!
This company is NOT Innovative Health Solutions like they claim. They are a front running office for Symmetry Direct, which is a pyramid scheme company selling high priced Jesus Juice that they want you to market to their friends.
Do a google for Symmetry Direct Scam and start reading like Emma said. This company is bad news and needs to be shut down.
I would suggest filing complaints with your BBB and State Attorney General's offices!

Wow! Same story! How do people get away with this! I am really creeped out too. He called my phone and I do not know how he got my number. I had just pulled a tab off a poster on west bank yesterday and then he called today. Woah. Avoid. Then I called back and that I was not interested and he snapped do you believe everything you read on the internet, (name)? Then he squacked at me and I hung up. Be ware
