Called asking for someone who left our company years ago and refused to give his name or why he was calling. Caller ID said CPC. Very rude!!

Just got a call from this character, claiming to be an attorney. Somehow got ahold of my cell phone. Hmmm. Also called my home phone and left a different number, 800-818-0348. He was representing Wells Fargo.

Calls Under the pretense of being a law firm.
When asked for information on who he was refused to give it to me. Asked him to stop calling and refuses. I believe the fair debt collection practices act prohibits collectors from being able to call once requested to stop calling.
Calling trying to get payment for something that was already payed off.
