His name is Tyler. He owns some debt collection agency. He is totally rude and was calling me a liar by saying stuff like "you obviously got my letter" when it turns out he doesn't even have the right city! Then he calls me stupid by saying "you know about this account" when I don't know anything about this random account. He's a huge prick! He doesn't let know talk, then he twists your words around into crap you aren't even saying!
