I am so tired of RACHEL calling me about credit card.  I have also tried to talk to someone and they hang up. I have no credit cards.  Not only this they continue to call my mom who is in nursing home and keeps her torn up all the time afraid that she owes somebody something.  What can I do short of taking phones out??????

When I'm in the mood I will talk to any of these idiots trying to sell or screw you out of something. I just tell them that OBAMA will take care of it...they hang up.

This number has called several times.  Identified as "Unknown" ... never leaves a message.

These people have called almost daily for the last year or 2.  I usually just hang up or don't answer but I have pressed the number that it gives to stop the calls.....they don't stop.  So I tried talking to a live person but they hang up on you.  Today I got another call and I pressed the # to talk to someone and pretended I was interested, staying very nice.  I told the guy some not true info and then asked if I may ask a question, he surprisingly said yes.  I very nicely asked if he knew that it was against the law to repeatedly call someone who had repeatedly told them not to.  He asked if I knew it was against the law to waste his time and I told him to stop calling.  He then said he would call me again tomorrow and again and again and he didn't care, so I said fine, that he could do so and I could always hang up, which I was then doing and did all the while he was getting angrier and fussing!

These people call all the time and it's a recording about lowering your rates on a credit card. I don't even have any credit cards and I want to be taken off of their call list so I stay on the line and press 9 to talk to someone and as soon as I say I want to be taken off they hang up on me. This is so annoying and I want to be removed.

There are laws against this, but they get away with it because they spoof phone numbers and cannot be tracked down.  I have talked to state attorney general's office about these calls before and they are basically powerless since the offender cannot really be identified.

Get this call occasionally but there is never anyone on the line.

It's definitely a SCAM as they immediately hang up as soon as you ask any questions. I don't even own any credit cards (thankfully) and they claim to know about my credit score(s) - which is false, I know, but doesn't make the calls at  hours any less annoying.

I have politely requested that they remove me from their list(s) and they will not comply.

There HAS to be some type of law against these types of solicitors.
