Recieved a call from Amy (recording) Stating she was from cardholder services. I have recieved this call numerous times. I have tried pushing 5 to opt out and 9 to speak to a representative. Every time a male answers the phone. He will not tell me his name just says he is with visa/mastercard. no matter what I say he hangs up on me unless I agree to give him some information. When I question how he got the number he hangs up on me.

Received a call with a recording (called herself Amy) with a British accent. I have been receiving calls to my new work cell phone for the former number-holder, so I pressed 9 to speak with a representative, so
I could check to see what information they had about me/my number, and what I could do to have it removed.
David Baylor answered, and when I asked who he was with, he said Visa/Mastercard. I told him I didn't believe I was the correct recipient of the call. He then said, "Let me ask you something - is it difficult to remove an alternator from a Pontiac Sunbird?" I responded, "Excuse me? Please tell me who you're trying to call" He said, and sounding quiet reluctant, "Oh, ok. Let me see." A few moments passed, and I could hear at least 5 or six (male and female) voices in the back ground. Then he hung up.

rec'd a call too. Same thing, recording. When selecting "5" to "opt out", I received someone from "Account services" who hung up on me.
