I could hear a cell phone ringing in the background but the person would not talk....I held for about 5 minutes then they hung up.

I  just got this phone call and I answered it and no one was there. I'm confused..:/

Jason and Chris got it right it is a pay phone.  I search someother forums and found out it came from a pay phone. this was my last post on a different forum: By the way, they called my land line, not a cell number. So if Treatsa called from a pay phone to his wife and 954-200-0000 showed up on her caller ID and the call came from TX. and my call came from Florida then apparently, certain pay phone companies have that number to show up on our phones so we can not call the pay phone back. I did try, and got this recording "NSL 04 (or NFL 04) Your call can not be completed as dialed please check the number and dial again" So it does not matter if you have a cell phone or a land line. If someone is calling from certain pay phones you will get that number 954-200-0000 registered on your caller ID. Hope this help everyone

A buddy called me from a pay phone in Miami and this was on the caller ID  He's not a lowlife- was just returning my call

I went on the site getphonerecords.com it says the phone is a landline in Florida, but I know the person who called.

The person who called me from this number I know who this person is his name is David Alvarez he lives in shelby NC

ITS A PAY PHONE ROUTING NUMBER THIS CALL COULD BE MADE FROM ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY.

this must be part of some way of spoofing a number. a friend of mine just called me from this number and it definitely isn't his. he's kind of out there with doing things like blocking and always calling from different phones.

quite likely that it's someone you know messing with you.

I am pretty sure it is a pay phone in Longview, Texas even though it;s a 954 are acode...

Got the call, answering machine picked up. Nothing.

My fiance just called from a payphone somewhere around Muleshoe, TX, or whatever is 30 minutes east of Farwell, TX and it was this same number.  It's obviously a number for routing pay phone calls.  So if you're getting calls from creditors from this number, then it's not legit.

I received 2 calls from this number and it is a pay phone.  My boyfriend called me from it in Dallas, TX

It is a payphone in Tx, my hubb called me from that number needing help. I almost did not answere it, glad I did. It is a payphone in Tx..The payphone com use diff numbers from all over so it could be from Fl.

It's a payphone routing #. It comes from a pay phone at a circle K in Peoria, AZ

My ex bf keeps calling me from payphones "so he says" and is being totally shady about things like where  he now lives, where he works, who his friends are, etc.  He has called me from this number and we are in Douglasville, GA.  It may be somewhere else IN GA but he is definately in GA.

954-200-0000 unknown name unknown caller. Is actually a pay phone. is a person using a payphone to call who ever and it registers to different locations. They use this instead of showing up as a pay phone. there is a way to check the routing so you can find the exact payphone. some are comeing up in florida and some in texas and colorado. those are the states i know of anyway. from what i can tell it is a company that carries the phone line to that pay phone like quest att and such

Ya know what?  When reading:  Treatsa's post:  I called my wife from a pay phone in MT Pleasant TX and this is the number that came up on her ID   It was a Food fast store on hwy 271 by walmart I hope this helps someone
Caller ID: 954-200-0000 on Dec of 08.  that number came from a pay phone.  So, who ever it was asking me questions about Every Month a Million had called from a pay phone too.  So pass it on.

I got a call from (954)200-0000 at 1:30PM PST They wanted to know how I was doing in Every Month A Million.  I thought it was a networker marketer asking me how I was doing as they had also gotten in.  I told them to contact their sponsor and ask them as far as I was concern I have not been involved for a long time.  And that I didn't know how things work with that program. But when I looked at the number as to who called.  I found it and placed it on the search engine to see if anyone else knew who may have received a call and to my surprise many have. does any one know who this number is associated with?
