Thanks HT! I want to ask you though, when talking to them, instead of saying to cancel "autoship membership" I said that I wanted to cancel my "subscription". Is this the same? I didn't verify that I will no longer be charged though...however she did give me a cancellation code...should I call back and verify this??

I ordered the product on December 7th (trial order) and was charged for the full amount on Dec.23rd and had tried calling them within the two week trial period to cancel the subscription but couldn't get through. So until today I have not yet received the product in the mail! I live in Canada so I understand shipping may take longer, but it has been a month since my order so I became suspicious and that's how I came across this forum (thankfully). I tried calling them again a few days ago with the 2690 number and it kept going to the busy tone. Today, fter 7-8 attempts dialing all three numbers suggested above and getting busy tones, I finally got through the 2691 number and got to a customer service, Gavi (ext 508) who helped me cancel my subscription (I chose the option 3 to speak to a customer service and then option 1 to speak about billing). I also told her about how I didn't receive the order and she gave me two options, to get a full refund, or have her send me another one, so I chose to get a refund. She also gave me a cancellation number to ensure that it was put through. I will wait for 7-10 days like she said to see if the amount has been reversed. She seemed very helpful. I will update this forum in the next 7-10 days to let you know if the refund goes through or not.

For those wanting to canceling the subscriptions, I advise you to ask the name of the person you are talking to, and ask for a cancellation number (if not already given by the rep).

If you call (954) 237-2690 and press 4 to speak to a representative, then press 0 repeatedly, a live person will answer. Tell them you are calling to cancel the autoship membership, and give them the info that they ask for. DO NOT give any social security numbers or any other information that wasn't in the order form. Ask for a confirmation code and verify that you will no longer be charged for anything by this company. You have to say all of these words because the conversations are recorded and you won't be able to dispute anything if they record you saying anything in the affirmative. All of these free trial things are scams, and the fact that they will continue to bill you IS in their terms & conditions. Its still underhanded, but you have to read that stuff or they will take you for everything you've got.

It looks like this scam got me too, same thing....they took the credit card information and then in the last window after all that they disclosed further details, that you are suppose to agree to ( an ongoing monthly charge )
I am going to my credit card company and seeing if we can do anything right there at the source as this is obviously a credit card scham.

It seems that it would be worth it to cancel the card and get a new one if that is possible...worth going to all the automatic legitamate creditors and changing your number with them rather than deal with these questionable individuals.

I fell for the scam of two teeth whiteners that are supposed to be used together to get the best results.. one being South Beach Brite the other being Everbright Smiles. Both in fine print say that you will be charged for a monthly membership fee one for $79.95 and the other for $158.00.  I never got a confirmation number for South Beach Brite so i am not sure if it even went through correctly. Did anybody else get a confirmation number when on the website trying the "trial free offer". for $1.95 shipping?
Have been on hold for ages and when I try to call back it is busy every time. I tried calling a referred number 594)894-3445 but they wanted an extension number to be entered. HELP anyone!! please

Same thing happened to me. And are they ever RUDE!! Laughed at my husband's british accent, hung up on me TWICE!! Said they would never hang up, it must have been a technical difficulty.
I need to wait for them to charge me more (I paid .95) before I can dispute any further charges. I KNEW it had to have been a scam!!!

Same issues with me. I should have known better that think a cheap item like this wouldn't be a scam. Got two charges from these people in the same month for different amounts and they put you on hold forever. I called the credit card company to dispute these charges and we'll see if that ends it. Had another like this and the phone number on the credit charge is disconnected so no way to cancel that one either with the company so I'm disputing that charge as well.

I just ordered it online... I saw the ad and thought, hey what a legitimate looking site. Right after I submitted my information, I was immediately called by an individual by the name of John as well. Nice psuedoname, John Doe or what? Give me a break.

Also, he gave me the run around with a 50 dollar or 20 dollar voucher for wal-mart. I declined and also he disclosed a number  888-242-1271 which I can call to cancel something else...As I was on the phone with him, he gave me the 954 number and that was when I was suspicious. Immediately I googled it and found this! Not comforting one bit.

I'll see what the 888 number has when my "package" arrives. Whoever made that site should be sued in a class action law suit for fallacious marketing. People don't really read the terms and conditions and they are aware of that!

I posted something just a little ways down, but all you have to do is report it to the better business bureau and they'll do what they can to help. But yeah, thats how it works unfortunately. They scam you into a "free" trial, charge you for it, and unles you send whats left of the product back to them, they won't give you a refund. It's really retarded, but that what a lot of people will do just to get money.

Oh yeah, I do remember the names of the products they would scam you into buying though. Ultra Acai, Fucco Slim, Skinny Boost, Tinnifix, Gabba Med, basically things to "help" you loose weight and get rid of facial wrinkles.

I actually worked for a telemarketing company (although I can't remember the name of it) that would do this exact same thing. Yeah, that job only lasted 2 days. But seriously, don't ever sign up for one of those free trial things you see because at the end of the free trial, unless you call to deactivate your account before the trial ends, they will charge you for it and then they will keep sending it to you and charging for it as well. You can always call and report it to the better business bureau and they'll help get it resolved.

I ordered this product on Thursday and on Friday my credit card membership service called me to warn me about them.  I was already charged for the "trial" package but have cancelled that debit card and, thankfully will not be charged any more.  Wow!! amazing how some people do buisness.

I did these stupid free trials FOR SOME REASON and now I'm stuck with two charges along with two 87$ charges to deal with. I am about to put a down payment down on my house and don't have the money to make payments on something I did not agree to. First, the woman told me my account was cancelled and that I would still be charged 87$, but if I sent back the product before October 24th, they would not charge me. Okay, so I won't even get to use it? Obviously. I cannot get through on any of the numbers you guys have provided. One is even disconnected. I feel like crying! I did not agree to any of this and my bank won't even look at it until 3-4 business days have passed. I am panicking, someone please reassure me this can be fixed.

Same thing....called several times, poor recording, couldn't really hear anything - so I just pressed #2 - got a live person (didn't sound Indian at all) and cancelled quickly...I'm just hoping there aren't other hidden "sign-ups" that I'll have to track down later to argue with on my credit card statement!!

I have had something ordered on my card as well. I had not even completed an order. My credit card company called me to alert me that I have charges coming to my card that are very unusual.  I went over the charges with the bank rep and got that account canceled.
Since I canceled that account I have received several calls from other companies, to verify an order and the E~Mail they give me as the ordering person is certainly not mine!
This is a scam for sure.

They are located in the fort lauderdale, go to main site (naturalsourcestore.com) and request information as distributor opportunities. You need good bait to catch the big fish.

The Company also have a lot of products online. e.g.  h-2-ion

Call your credit card company they will help you to sort this out.

I did smae thing. I ordered for one trial and I found out they chardged for two products. I called several times to ask what is going on and tried to cancel, but they (probably from India) were very unkind and even kept saying just send them back... Even it was hard to understand their English. I am getting crazy because of this company.

I just called 954-237-2691...I had called that several times first, pressing 1 to speak to the Executive Response team.  Left several messages, no response.  So I called the same number back, only this time pressing 2 for "placing an order"...OF COURSE they answer that line - I told them I wanted to cancel my home delivery subscription and she told me they did.  I am going to be watching my account to make sure it does not get charge.
