This number calls frequently and asks for a Karen Gordon.  of course no such person exists.  It is another trick being used by a collection agency.  Debts are written off for many reasons.  Then the company will sell or turn over their written off accounts to collections agencies who can use whatever scam or lies they can think up to try to collect.  Whatever they get is easy money.  Money you no longer owe.
