robocall from "homeowners legal assitance program"

Called my house land line twice today (20-May-09). And once yesterday. I picked it up once and after hearing the tell tale silence I hung up.  Seems like they got my home phone on their list. Grrrr! >:-(

Clled my cell phone. I did not answer.

Another number assoicated with the above is 561-987-8557.

I received daily calls from this number and these two other associated numbers:  954/267-9190  & 954/267-9195.  They are telemarketers allegedly selling a service to keep you from mortgage foreclosure.  They only have a recorded message.  I heard these type of services are a scam.  I am on the do not call list and they should not be calling me, esp on my cell phone and eating up my minutes.  Report them to the Federal Trade Commission if you are on the do not call list. http://www.ftc.gov/donotcall

I'm getting the same call from 561-904-6714 now.

I also was told that Mark Kline was the attorney for this company by two people from this company. Plus, their voice mail states they have in house counsel.

NSLookup reveals their host as "wehostwebsites.com" but the abuse-report line goes to  Handy Networks LLC.
DON'T SCREAM at their hosting company either - they nprobbably have no idea yet, that their services are being used this way.

Can anyone politely find more useful info?

Hey guys, I have been getting these calls from at least 3 numbers and they ARE annoying.
HOWEVER:  They are not Mark Klein.  Someone just posted his info up here to be a jerk to him.  If we all call him, then we're just spammers too.

If you want to help us all stop this, try to find official records for the phone numbers: (561)987-8557 and (954)267-9189. i.e.  what phone carrier are they with, etc.

Have gotten two calls from this number today.  First time I called back, the line was busy, however when I called back again the phone rang and rang.  Received a second call at 3:52PM.

This number called my Cell! I've been on the State and federal Do Not Call list for years! Under the law its an $11,000.00 fine to the company PER CALL!  You get some of that money and the State collects it for you! Plus you can sue them direct and they will pay $15,000.00 to make it go away!  It will cost them a lot more in legal fee's! I didn't get my money from the State but I did collect the $15,000.00  My lawyer got $10,000.00 and I got $6000.00  No big deal as I agreed to that amount! Now I know the real amount I will hold out for more! Hell I can make a living doing this!  PS the information below is real but Mark is not a lawyer! If he says he is its just another charge!

they called in saying they were from Foreclosure Loan consultants. I called back they told me to leave my number so they could reach me later...i'm sick of these people calling my cell.....isn't this illegal..can they be sued?

I know these guys. Their calls are computer-generated. It's a foreclosure prevention lawers's office, that's what they say. I visited their offices at the address someone reported above, but to me, they don't seem to be long and well established at that location.

Called me again today. I did not answer.

This number has called me multiple times in the past few weeks but never leaves any messages. I decided to call back to see who's the misterious caller but line is busy.

I am on the do not call list - why are these people calling me. They are telemarketers and I am so not interested.

They need to stop calling my number!
