they called me the other day and an heavy accented either middle eastern or indian person, and they asked if I knew the pa state attorney's office number.....what a laugh it does not come up to that or any other reputable business.....as it would for any business that is legitamate one, what a laugh.............scammers

this number called again, left no message and i have reported them again and again to whover i can, including the communication company that they call from voip

I ask the caller if they know my husband and then say he just died. or

called me four times in the last three days, someone answered today and pretended to be the pa attorney general. LOTS OF LAUGHS!!! when you call back, you get that this is a telemarketer and it prompts you to the do not call registry......yea right???? they still call and mispronounced my name to boot. Scammers!!!!

4 calls in one hour. Told the person that there was no one by the name they were asking for. I don't even know anyone with that last name. Also told caller that my phone number is on the state and National Do Not Call List.

First of all, they are probably not located in Florida as they use spoof numbers all the time.  Secondly, what is your problem with gay people?  No need to be rude and refer to people as "homo-fagsites."  That just shows your ignorance.  We are all disturbed by these calls, that is why we come on this web site.  The people that are calling are not interested in following our laws, are probably not even in the US, and use throw-away cell phones making their true identities difficult.  Why don't you just file a complaint with the FCC each time you get a call to help facilitate their eradication.  I just got a response from the FCC regarding one of my complaints.  Also, the complaints filed with the FCC helped cause "Rachel" and her "Card Services" to pay huge fines, so complaining to them does help.

Got a call from these "Numb Nuts" today and decided to check it out on line. I always check out these type of calls on line. Came up with this site. I see that I'm not the only one receiving calls from them. 954-278-8389 Thank all of you for your comments on this #. Through the years I have found a simple way to keep Peace and Harmony in my home concerning these type of "Aggravation" calls, "If I don't recognize the # on the Caller ID I just listen to my phone recorder, if it's someone important, they will leave a message. Other wise I just ignore the call.      Keeps Peace and Harmony in my home.....!

Never, ever, respond by punching in a number to get off the "supposed" list.  That just tells them they have a live phone number and then sells or gives your number to other scammers.  Do not answer the phone and do not respond in any way to these scammers.  If you can block them with your phone service, do so.  I personally forward my phone number during the day to a disconnected number or to another scammers number so they can talk to each other.  The calls stop for long periods of time.

How  much help can I get in executing a plan to block the exit doors on the building where these calls are coming from in Dania, FL and torch the building... They may get the message hot and clear. I've had enough of these parasites and no help from this communist police-state government of a** wipes. The FBI are nothing but a bunch of homo-fagsites that sit on the a**** playing with there little wenners.

Unwanted number I am on the do not call list and this is a pain in the rear!

This number called my landline today and it came up as "appointment" they asked for my daughter who does not even live with us. I couldn't hear her and she couldn't hear me at first. I asked if I could take a message and she hung up.

This number calls everyday but never answers.

I just called the number and the recording in clear english stated they are a telemarketing firm and to be removed press 1 and then prompted to enter phone no. will see if it works.

Kathleen- This web site is a forum where people go to give others information about these phone numbers and the scams they are running. It has nothing to do with any phone company, wireless service provider, nor the NDNC list. Many people are confused. Never post your own info, just the numbers that call, what scam they are running, and if they are calling from any other numbers which they usually do. This site is very informational and has helped to get "Rachel" and the girls shut down in some places.

Bob, That does not work. I've called 3x's and pressed 1 and this morning at 8:30 am I got another call. I told the female on the other end that I have a list of 27 x's they have called in the past 3 weeks and a letter to my Attorney General and they are being turned in. Her remark was "sorry you feel that way we are just trying to help". I told her to get a life and that will help me!

After non stop callings from this number, I decided to answer with the greeting "Federal Bureau of Investigations ". Have not heard from them again.

There are any number of effective ways to "stop these parasites".  Look around on the site for "call blocker" threads - especially posts by me ; ) .

I've gotten several calls today (seems as though everyone's only just begun getting them).  However, when I pick up the phone, no one answers.  I'm trying to call them back but it's not working.

I have gotten several calls and  am always asked about Diabetes medication. I have explained they have the wrong person/number and Still get the calls. I have gotten calls from a very rude woman and a man who speaks with a very thick accent. How do you stop these two idiots?

Received a call on home phone from 954-278-8389 asking for my ex-husband (by full name) who hasn't been living at my house for over 5 years. I answered the call because I continue to receive calls from collection agencies looking for his information, which I promptly give. I told the caller he was unavailable and asked who was calling. "Angel" from a diabetic supply company. When I asked her what type of supplies, like diabetic needles, she confirmed yes. I then asked her why a supply company from Fort Lauderdale would be calling a Massachusetts number. She told me she received information from one of his medical providers that he is a diabetic and may be in need of supplies. The first and major issue with this is if it were a reputable company, they could be sued for providing medical information about a potential customer. Secondly, why from Ft. Lauderdale? I then proceeded to inform her that [my ex-husband] is a cocaine addict and heroin user and that her company is providing needles and other paraphernalia to drug addicts and that I would be reporting the entire conversation and phone number to my attorney for further action. Angel hung up the phone.
