The number called my cell, left no message.

This number calls at least once every day.  Unknown Name on caller id.  A few times I answer no one is on the line and phone automatically disconnects.  Today they called and a man asked for my boss no introduction to who he was so l automatically told him to take us off his calling list.  And hung up.  He then calls right back and fusses at me at how unprofessional I am and knows that I am a secretary just by answering a phone.  He said he spoke to my boss about 4 days ago and to tell him that Greg called.  I asked him what the company name was and he said Link Down.  He is still fussing with me telling me he is not a telemarketer and that he called a business and not a home (like that makes a difference) and I ask him if there is a message to put along with his name for my boss and what the phone number was (even though it was on caller id) and he told me no message and never gave me a number.  I already filed a complaint couple days ago with the national do not call registry and I will do it again.  I just called the number back and a message said mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages at this time.

Why would a company out of Florida call a company in British Columbia <annoyed sigh>.  I never answer these...I know they're just spam. I get at least one a day.  Because they are out of country our DNC list doesn't apply.  Most aggrevating!!!

yea i just got a call from them-he asked for me by name and then said he had to call me back and hung up-very weird..   I did own a landscape design company that went out of business 2 years ago.

We have gotten 2 calls at our office from this number all of a sudden today looking for a Mr. Pearlman.  This company has never had an employee by that name and when the first caller stated the company name that he thought he was calling, I advised the caller of our company name a second time (which was not even close to the company name that he was trying to reach).  The first caller stated that his records did not match, apologized and disconnected the call.  About 5 hours later, the second call comes in looking for this Mr. Pearlman again and I advised this caller that I had already spoken to them earlier in the day and that they are calling the wrong company.  No idea what these people want, but they need to correct and update their records since our company has had the same phone number for almost 15 years...

They called before normal working hours this morning and woke me up.  When I answered, there was a prerecorded message and I believe the message said the company name was Linked In (but I could be mistaken in my early morning fog) and that they had built a website for my landscaping company.  Then a real person came on and asked for me by name.  I said, "We're on the Do Not Call Registry," and the woman hung up.  So they know their calls are a no-no.  I have a landscape design company not listed in the phone book but registered with the Secretary of State's office.

These guys said they are a web development company.  They wanted to show me a mock up website for some landscape company that supposedly was here at my number.  I told them no such company.  They said Dun & Bradstreet said the company is here.  

I just called Dun & Bradstreet and they have no listing for my number.

I got a call from this number again and they just call and leave no massage.
Who is calling and what do they want
