call twice, no message just hangs up on the voice mail.

Calls and doesn't leave a message.  Tried to check whitepages.com and it just says it's a cell phone in ft. lauderdale.

Unable to identify the caller.  Only the number shows on caller ID.  Never a message nor fax - just repeated calls.  This smells like phishing and phreaking.  Either that or it's an idiot!
