The name of the company is Digital Age Marketing group.  He calls ONLY when he has a potential case that someone submitted to www.accidentattorneysnow.org  which is the number 1 site on Google for accident attorneys.  If you hung up on him then you missed a free case lead.  There are a number of different exclusive listing sites for attorneys that Digital Age is the parent of.  Digital Age works with 1200+ attorneys nationwide.  and very thoroughly.  Hope that answers your question.

So then tell us Mike what exactly it is that Mr. Hernandez wants to talk to us about? Why is he calling from another state when he knows attorney's are usually only licensed in the state they work ? If he is just a marketing consultant why cant he disclose what he is calling about. Attorney want their calls screened and don't want to waste precious time on telemarketing calls. So surely you can give us some light on what Mr. Hernandez wants

did you know its not legal for a company like that to give client info to anyone but the attorney? again these post just seem like angry secretaries not doing their job correctly then posting bad information. i think your attorney missed out on a great opportunity because you never let chris speak to him and i for one love the results i'm getting from chris and his company.

so basically you made an assumption and gave them a run around as you put it based on no information ... i'm confused by these posts i was contacted by Chris Hernandez and heard him out and now i am doing business with his company and have had great results. i find myself worried by these posts but cant seems to find one that makes sense or points directly to a problem it just seems like unprofessional secretaries not letting there boss the attorney speak with them to determine if there interested or not. i know i don't let my secretaries or paralegals make the decisions at my firm.

i reviewed "Digital Age Marketing Group" on google and a few other sites seems there A rated by the BBB and all the info i found points to a good company.....so what was the problem? i ask because ive recently started using there service and so far its out performing anything ive done before.

This guy called wanting to talk to the attorney in this office and made a telephone appointment making it seem like he had a couple of OWI's from the county we are located in, he was saying that he is not from here and that's why he had to do it by telephone.  

Upon his call, I was gathering the information we always do when we have a initial appointment.  Once I asked if he had upcoming court dates, that's when Mr. Hernandez told me that it was for other people, not him.  I then asked for the people's information and he told me he couldn't  because this is something he wanted to talk to the attorney about.  

I told him, unfortunately we require the information/details prior to the consultation.  He argued with me that he could only talk to the attorney about this.  I once again said that this is required prior, so we know this is something that we can help him with.  

Mr. Hernandez kept arguing with me again about not wanting to provide any information.  I told him that when he scheduled the appointment, he made it sound like it was for HIM.  I then asked what company he worked for, in which he said "Digital Age Marketing".  I asked him what that is and he went off about how they are the #1 DUI website in the world and that since I wouldn't let him talk to the attorney that he no longer wanted to work with us and hung up on me.

he keeps asking for an attorney that no longer works here.
I gave him such a big run-around that he gave up and hung up on me.
