This is "Reaching You Network" The caller would not tell me what she wanted, she asked to speak with my husband and when I asked what the call was in reference to, she just wanted to know if there was another time she could call and get him on the phone.
Strongly suspect this is in regards to a mortgage refinance questionnaire he stupidly filled out online back in January. We have been getting obnoxious calls from idiots like these ever since.

Called this number back - it's a company called Reaching You Legal (I think that's what the recording says)
Most likely more spammers calling after my husband filled out a web form for information on refinancing our mortgage. We've been besieged with calls from idiots like this ever since.
