Extended dealer warranty claiming to be from Chrysler

THESE PEOPLE ARE INCORRIGIBLE AND IGNORE THE "DO NOT CALL" LIST. THEIR SERVICES ARE NOT SOLICITED AND THEIR CALLS ARE ANNOYING.

Claimed to be calling about my warranty on my Chrysler (a car I haven't owned for three year now).

Rude, obvious scam artists, I told them to take my name off the list, this is the third or fourth time they've called me.

When I told the woman on the phone that this was the fifth time, she said "We've never called you before" which was an outright lie.

I wish the government would step in and shut these people down.

A company claiming to represent GM, Chrysler, Mercury, basically whatever car type you have they say they are official reps of. They call once an hour, the caller ID only says corporate office, and you cannot find any business profile with the telephone number and caller ID on google. The call center workers are very rude, and get down right nasty when you ask them questions, and to be removed from the call list. This has to stop. Something has to be done, and someone has to know who they are. Where else can we report bogus companies like this?

I got a call from this same company. 6 calls starting Tuesday morning at 8AM, then I finally answered after the 6th call. I have a warranty on my vehicle, I do not need one, and I am wondering how they got my number considering we just closed on this house, and my number is non-published, and I pay an extra $4.00 a month to have it kept from all the phone listings. I have had enough of these people, something has to be done, this company is beyond rude. Does anyone know the actual name of the company?

A guy at this number called my cell, claiming to "officially" represent GM. When I told him I already had a REAL extended warranty, and to please permanently remove my number from his call list, he got really rude and snippy and then hung up.

They called me today, this is like the fifth time they've called.

They were asking about my warranty on a car that I haven't owned for three years. The woman on the phone was rude and when I told her that I want my name off of their list, she said "Why, we've never called you before?"

I don't know who these people are but I wish the Government would step in and shut them down.

I got the same call this evening. I answered the first time and they didn't talk, same thing the SECOND time.
So I called back and got a rude jerk who wanted to know mileage claiming to be from Chrysler. Which is BS, Chrysler doesn't use BS numbers in Ft. Lauderdale.

Very rude person. when I questioned him about why he needed my mileage, he got mad and hung up. I quess that means I won?????
