The men called and tried to intimidate me.  he was very disrespectful when I did try to make payment arrangements.i blocked my cell phone ha ha ha

my bank actually thought their check was fraud, so was declined. i didn't know about it until 2 weeks later when my bank sent me a letter saying "sorry, we did this"
i don't have the full amount now so asked if i could do large payments and she started making threats saying the police would come to my house. her name was janet eaden with the fraud department?
have to love these super pleasant places when it wasn't even my error.

That is against the law that they said that !!! You need to contact the falderal trade comission to file a complain and also look for a fdcpa attorney . You can sue them for the entire bill plus more .

I WAS NOT THE PERSON THAT THEY WHERE LOOKING FOR, SO I THINK THEY THOUGHT THEY HAD EVERY RIGHT TO YELL AT ME AND TREAT ME IN A VERY DISRESPECTFUL WAY. WHILE I JUST WANT TO THANK THEM FOR LEAVING A VERY WARM FEELING IN MY HEART FROM YELLING AT ME AND THEN TELLING ME TO GET A PEN, A STICKY NOTE, AND THEN HANGING UP THE PHONE ON ME. ONCE AGAIN, THANK YOU, AND I CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR FROM YOU AGAIN.
