I get phone call from 954-505-2856 leave no message just call my name and then ask Thel are you there andI know you are listening.  But no message.

I have been getting calls from this number from a Sally saying that I have been pre-approved for health insurance. I don't need health insurance as I already have it. Why do they call so frequently? This is ridiculous! Please stop!

I got a call from this number claiming to be regarding my recent health care application.  No one at my home has filled one out.  This is a definite scam.

This 954 # called my CELL PHONE where we get charged for minutes used!!!!!  

A recorded female voice left a VoiceMail saying  "We've got GREAT news for you.  You've been Pre-approved.  Call 855-535-2407"
Nothing else said.  No name of Co., no info. on Pre-approved for what, etc.   NOT that any of that matters.  It's just the EVIDENCE that this is definitely a SCAM!!

BLOCK this #, Silence your Cell to it, put it on NO RING....whatever you have to do to stop it.

I did the same thing with the health insurance quote.  Now some telemarketer is using my name and telephone # to call other people and now they are calling me wanting to know why I called.  Advice:  don't bother with the internet quotes.

I signed up online for a health insurance quote and it is a company with health insurance (not sure which one) that keeps calling and wants to follow up on my internet application. I have several different people calling my phone from around the country now. UGH!

Got a call from this number a few days ago. Left no message. Do not know anyone in Florida.

I just got a call from this number and it left a message of 3 sec.
It was a machine (female) voice saying "GOODBYE" in the end of the message.
Creepy.

I received phone call from this number 11/5/13 and tried to call it back. No ring tone or anything and no one answered.

The internet search said its charter communications

Just received a call from this number and let it go to voicemail. No message left. Hope they don't keep calling.

received a call from them yesterday around noon.  wouldn't say anything. I finally hung up

They called this morning. Wouldn't speak then hear a muffled voice like a bad connection. Not answering anymore!

This number has called me over 10 times since yesterday evening. If I reject the call they immediately call back. They don't leave a message, and I'm not wasting my minutes answering it.
