Harassing my inlaws 25-30 times a day just filed a complaint with FCC we will see what happens

I submitted a FCC complaint on this #.  They call 3-4 times everyday (M-F).  Most of the time noone answers but on the few occasions when I "live" person is on the other end of my phone, I've asked them to stop calling.  Today was the last straw... I told the girl I'm tired of the calls and she needs to remove my # from her system.  She had the nerve to say "I am not the person you told this to before"...I said I don't care who calls me just take my # out of your system...my caller ID identifies you repeatedly calling my house every single day.  She just kept talking over me!  PLEASE if you are experiencing the same issues with 954-519-2130, please file an FCC complaint.  The online compalint form is quick and easy.

these people have been harassing my grandparents for a couple weeks now. they call 2-3 times per day and ask for their medicare #. I have answered a few of these calls and told them not to call back, but they continue to do so. the people who call can barely speak proper english. there needs to be something done about these people.

Does anyone know how to stop these calls from 954-519-2130 or better yet , put this outfit out of business ? Complaints to the authorities don't seem to help. Please post if you do.

I am on Medicare but Medicare never calls your home unless they are returning your calls. My supplement insurance takes care of my Medicare supplies. I figure this is a telemarketer so I just blocked them on my phone. They called me 11 times so far today.

Dozens of calls from this number. They leave no message. Call back says "number is out of service." Solicitor with very broken English. Told her NOT TO CALL BACK and put me on "do not call" list, neither of which has happened. Plan to call FL attorney general's office and lodge complaint. Beyond nuisance!

I received 3 calls within half an hour.  Told each of them to take my name off their list and not to call again.  Listed in called-ID as Medicare Supply.

RE:  954-519-2130 My mother was receiving calls from this number labelled "Medicare Services".  They offered to supply my mother with a diabetes machine, even tho she already has one.  "Cheaper, direct from the manufacturer, blah, blah.  Sadly, she believed they were from medicare and after convincing conversation, she gave a medicare number and date of birth.  RED FLAG.  

They also ask for your doctor's name and location.  It doesn't stop there.  They tell you they will have someone call again to confirm your address to be sure your new 'diabetic machine' is delivered to the right location.  It sounds convincing to an trusting senior.  Sure enough, the call came to confirm her address and they got a little more information.  
Things to do should your loved one become involved with this illegal operation:
1.  Contact Medicare Fraud if you have become a victim.  See contact information below.  
2.  Contact the doctor's office and supply company to notify them of this fraud.
3.  Watch your medicare bills for unauthorized equipment/medicine charges and notify Medicare.
4.  Should you receive a package that you did not order, contact the company who sent it and request a mailing label for return of the unauthorized equipment so Medicare can recover the expense.  The company who sent it should accept this return at N/C to you.  

Sadly, these calls are NOT just a bother.  They are draining our Medicare benefits.  They are also causing our medical offices problems as they try to determine which orders that pass over the doctor's desks are legitimate or not.  We need to come together to make this stop by contacting the proper authorities.  

(As one person reported on this site about this number, this is a Ft. Lauderdale, FL phone number.  They suggested calling the US Dept of Justice - US Attorney's Office, Middle District of Florida - Tampa.  The office that actually handles the Ft. Lauderdale area is their Miami location.  When I called the Medicare Fraud number below, they said I reached the proper source to report this issue.)

They are really Diabetics Supply -- just another one of these scam companies.  You cannot get your name off the list.

Help put an end to the harrassing phone calls from this number.

Calls my mother atleast 3 times a day asking for my father.  She keeps telling them he has passed away. After reading the posts here, all which sound just like my Mom's callings, we will be contacting the Attorney General's office on Monday.  I hope everyone will follow suit so a stop can be put to this harrassment.

Try contacting FL State's Attorney and FL dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Svcs.  The helped me stop calls from a time share scammer called Special T Travel.  If enough people contact these agencies maybe we can put them out of business

Keeps calling!! When I answer they do not say anything!!! They call at least 15 times a day!!! Called them back and got a recording saying to check the number I had dialed !!! NO SUCH NUMBER!!! I have caller ID and it says Medicare Supply!!!  I am not on Medicare!!! How can we stop them???

I have received numerous calls from 954-519-2130 saying they are a diabetic supplier. When you ask them what company they are with they hang up on you. They don't understand PLAIN ENGLISH when you tell them not to call back. THIS IS A PHISHING SCAM!!!!

You are right.We are getiing these calls numerless times a day.Yet we are registered in No call-why I don't know,because this is going on for months.Most of calls are from  Fort Lauderdale FL  I wish someone to stop them !

CALL AND HANG UP - GOING ON FOREVER!

My mom is 80 and this number called her and asked her for her medicare #
(which everyone knows is your social security number) and my mother who
is very wise, said NO, I am not giving you that!  and they hang up.  When
you call the number back, a recording comes on saying the number is out
of service... This has happened more than once.....

KEEPS CALLING FROM THIS NUMBER, THEN WHEN I CALL THEM BACK THEY ARE NOT IN SERVICE. CALL ME ALL THE TIME AND WHEN I ANSWER THEY DON'T SAY ANYTHING. SO THEN ONE TIME I SAID TO THEM, WHY DO YOU CALL HERE WHEN YOU DON'T SAY ANYTHING. AND OF COURSE THEY HUNG UP. ALSO ON A DO NOT CALL LIST. WHY BE ON A LIST WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK AND STOP THESE PEOPLE.

keeps caling from this number...then something replies "this number is no longer in service"   I would like to have this stopped for I have more to do than answer the phone with these ridicious people or person....don't they more to do than play games?

im sick of these morons calling and hanging up. thy dont say nothing when i answer . so i hang up and then they call back 3 minutes later. is there anyway to gt the maddness to stop?
