Receiving outdated (they claim April, and yet we're in the middle of May) SPAM FAXES from 613-236-0076 & 403-441-6802 & 954-586-1800, supposedly from The Mergers and Acquisitions Dept AKA Wall Street International AKA Sun America Capital AKA Transcontinental Equity Group AKA William Liebowitz World Headquarters AKA Chicago Capital Corporation AKA Seminar Corporation of America. This just screams SCAM! This is clearly stupidity at it's finest folks. More than likely it is a Nigerian 419 Scam. Will be reporting it, again, to the FCC and Bell Canada immediately. Wrong Company Name, Wrong Address. Dear Someone Else's Name, It seems that I have been unsuccessful in getting my letters and phone calls past your secretary at Someone Else's Business Name. I wanted to write you again, because we have a buyer located in suburban New York who is making acquisitions in your industry. They are interested in buying all or a substantial portion of Someone Else's Company Name, Someone Else's Name. We have a great deal of experience in your field. With the challenges in today's economy almost every sophisticated owner is at least investigating his options. Please call me at 403-441-6802. I will give you the specific name of the buyer and a very good indication of the purchase price and terms involved. This "guy" on the recording has called himself by three different names.  Same voice, same spiel.  Steven West  6/26/12 Wall Street Group 954-586-1000 his secretary is Christina Roman 954-586-1800, Steve Harrison Wall Street Equity 954-586-1000 his secretary is Amy Benson, same number as his this time.  Today he is Mike Davies 954-586-1000 and he has a secretary named Christine. What a fake.

Fax from New York Private Equity (Offices Throughout North America) and signed by Edward Bower, Sr. VP.  Here's the latest SCAM they're into.  A gov't. program called EB5 which provide permanent residency in the US for foreign investors.  On the letter they claim ths is a new program when in fact this has been old and in the books for several decades.  There was supposedly a particular buyer in Russia who is very interested in making an investment.  Do not call them back or give any financial information.

These scammers must be prosecuted and jailed for good.

He's graduating now to leaving me messages that  a multi-"billion" $ company is interested in buying me out, lol.

Never sat "Hello" when you answer the phone. Their Voice Response is just waiting for that word. Not, How can I help", or "This is (your name)",  And only say it once. If you wait, their Voice Response machine will hang up and log the call as "no good", and will remove your number from the list.  If you have an Android phone, create a "Junk Call" list and set the option to immediately to Voice Mail. Again, you won't be bothered by their annoying calls.

Received "pre-recorded" call from this collection of scum-bags.  Same yadda-yadda-yadda.  We are a legitimate business that does not have time for this garbage.  Somebody shut these scammers down.

Recorded message, have received many of these calls over the past month.  They always call during off hours.  More of an annoyance than anything.

Recevied same message urgent, urgenet, urgent message "after hours" of all things. Michael Davies claims to have a company that wants to buy my company. Expressed annouance that i had not returned his previous calls.....My advise - don't return the call.

Our company is not advertised for sale, so why did we receive this unsolicited call? Makes no sense.

Received a pre-recorded ridiculous message from Harold Walden, VP, Wall Street Private Equity, 954-586-1800.  Seriously, this guy cannot even pronounce the word "business" correctly, so we will certainly not be returning his call about this very, very important BIDNESS matter.  What an absolute idiot if he thinks these sorts of messages will be taken seriously!

Got the call on the General Voice Mail at work. I cought in in the middle because it was automated.

We too received an unwanted and unsolicited call. Our phone showed the number originating from 888-780-7774 and "Michael Davies" left the 954-586-1800 number.

Just got this same rediculous person calling and saying how frustrated he is that he emailed and called multiple times. I never received a call or email. He says he is Michael Davies Senior VP. With an, as i quote, "urgent urgent urgent message for the owners. Very serious Investor with several hundreds of millions is interested and serious about buying part or all of the company". Any firm that would hire this firm couldnt possibly have millions let alone hundreds of millions.

I too received the same phone call.  We are a government contractor and owned by a foreign company and would never sell.  You can tell the message is recorded so that is why he chooses to leave a voicemail instead of calling during normal business hours.

Lieing about trying to get through, they are an automated system and fein frustration. Starting with a lie, will  likely finish with a lawsuit.

Michael Davis Senior VP - recorded message at 8pm cst. Called yesterday - exact same message at 7pm cst. With an, as i quote, "urgent urgent urgent message for the owners. Investor with several hundreds of millions is interested and serious about buying part or all of the company" that i work for. Michael never mentions our company by name, he is so generic. Michael or the investors are obviously not serious enough to call during normal business hours where they would have a slim chance of getting the owners - which is owned by the employees.

T give them the benfit of the doubt research their company: Wall Street Private Equity Group claims to have annual income of 5-10 mill. They have several lawsuits going on presently and the not so distant past which include fraud, false representation, trademark infringment, labor disputes. Has a BBB rating of F. Will not be forwarding.

We have 96 phone lines and are receiving this automated message on multiple lines.  Most annoying, and ridiculous!  Our law firm has NEVER been for sale, and these people should find a better way to make a living than trying to scam others.

this is the second time I have called this number to have our fax number removed from their system, each time with different pin numbers.
This morning (07:50), I received two faxes from this junky. They want to buy a business that does not exist anymore and that I have no connection to.
