Eric Foster called me 100s of times claiming the same thing US Cash Advance loan -- He called my work and cell 100s of time -- even speaking speaking to a superior of mine and made up a huge story which were all total lies -- the number was 817-400-1009 -- his e-mail address was ericf786@gmail.com -- he even somehow got my bank account numbers and set up a PayPal account in his name and began transferring money out of my account before both my bank And PayPal noticed the activity and stopped it -  they both preformed and investigation and concluded the activity was fraud -- they provided me with instructions on how to report these people to several consumer protection agencies, and instructed me to file charges -- these guys are scam artists

Says his name is Bruce Gates (has a HEAVY Indian accent) and that he is from Affidavit Consolidation (I think). He says that there are charges being filed against my e-mail address.... seriously?  I have had some trouble with finances, but this seems like something straight out of the Dateline special that was on a few weeks ago.  He left messages on my cell phone and work number.  Unless, I get something in writing from them, I'm not calling back.  Beware if anyone calls you and leaves this kind of message.

Same deal, a John Henry is calling me 813 756 4724 is his direct line. I have not called back. I called the ss office and they told me it was a scam. But he also has a strong Indian Accent.

The same thing just happened to me!!!! The guy used the same name shawn! He said his supervisor was trent morgan! The same guy tried to pretend to be different people! He also hung up on me and got upset when I would not validate information for me! Same company but different phone number used!

I've got the same thing going on. Indian guy calls from "California" and tells me that I have not paid on this internet loan and they're now filing a suit against me. He has my SSN#, name, address, and my local bank's name, and says the money was wired to my bank. My bank has no record of it, and they say it is probably a phishing scam. The guy says I owe CashNetUSA over $500, and wants me to just settle now instead of paying "over $6000" in lawyer fees. I ask for this information in writing, and he gets his supervisor. His supervisor tells me he can't send me the paperwork because it was an "online transaction" and I would have to just pay the money. Same deal as the other guy. I asked for his address and phone number, which he told me was (626)-343-5008, and he was in California. However, on my caller ID, it shows (973)-735-0021 from New Jersey. I tried to explain this and asked him why my CallerID said New Jersey, but English is definitely NOT his native language, so he did not understand. He pressed for me to make a payment, I guess give a credit card or something, but I told him I was going to contact the credit bureau and file a complaint, and he briefly ended with "OK, have a good day." Click. I'll be contacting someone for sure, as this is definitely a scam. Do not give these people any information

I have been receiving calls from this phone # and numerous other's for months now, probably close to a year.  They always leave a message on the work phone and will not send anything in writing to validate the debt that they are speaking of.  I simply told them that I was an attorney and tracing the call internationally and calling the FBI.  This stopped the calls to my personal phone but not my work phone.  They call numerous times a day, sometimes up to 12-13 times in a row.  It is embarrassing but the HR support in my company says that there is nothing they can do to stop it since it's coming from an anonymous line. I have filed complaints against each individual name that they indentify themselves with.  
I know this may sound bad...but when I badger them, by calling them names, they normally disconnect the call and they won't call for a few weeks.
This is a fraud!!!  Do not give them your name, phone # or any of your address information!!  These people disgust me.

Help!!!!! Please. This ACS company has been calling my cell phone and my house ( Indians ) They know my 1st and last name my ss# my bank account info my address MY CC# how is this possible??? I was told to either pay the amount of $750 or be ready to go to court in california. I told these people i never got any money from any payday loan places and that i have all my bank statements to prove it. Once i said that i was getting yelled at lol. They faxed me over paper work with dates on them and a payment plan to pay it off. This is one of the same persons that has been calling my home harassing me about a $300.00 payday loan that never took place. When I asked for documents of proof he can never provide them..this (Advance Cash USA) also calls from (772-934-8008) & (516-717-1627). They also call my personal references with threats of taking them to court saying that they are responsible for my loan if I don't pay it...they speak broken english, sounds lndian like or maybe african...and goes by different names such as: Shawn Davis, Shawn Martin, Richard Wilson, etc. etc.etc. and claims to be collecting a debt!!!  I am in the process of reporting them...I've already file a complaint against them with the IC3..They are "Fraud"!!

They havent stopped thats for sure.  Well ACS called my sister today threating her about some supposed payday loan i took out last year, she stopped them in there tracks telling them that if this is in regards to a payday loan they legally cannot threaten someone all they can do is send it to collections.  The guy ( with indian accent) named David Hughes told her that he wasnt trying to threaten just get the point across about how serious this was.  She told him if you are the collection agency then you have the right to collect, but you had better watch your words because you are making illegal statements... I kept trying to get him to listen to me and the fact that I never took out a payday loan he wouldnt. He hung up on me twice. The third time i was able to get the phone number to Advance Cash Usa 561-210-4186 the payday loan company.  I called the payday loan company and they hung up on me ( I was asking to many questions apparently)  I wanted the exact date of this supposed payday loan since they had proof and legal transaction records according to him, he couldnt give it to me. I asked for there address and he said Tampa FL and i asked for the rest of the address he told me to (GET LOST)  I asked for a supervisor and he hung up on me.  I called back and I got another man on the phone whom said his name was Shane Watson ( indian accent) and said he was the supervisor (how did he know i wanted one of those..lol)  I asked him for the address and he said somewhere NY, then proceeded to tell me after i told him no to paying them money i dont owe that he was at work here in NY for another hour and his name was Shane Watson if i wanted to go there and get him!!!!   Luckily I knew this was a scam from the second I got the message from my sister.

I started getting calls from them yesterday looking for my daughter and threatening me if she did not call them back.  Today I started getting calls from them, and a police officer friend of mine got calls today from them too.  This scam is all over the internet -- don't give out ANY information and notify the AG in your state and in FL.

Yeah, right Robert Smith is calling my work number, asking for Saul Castro.  Saying his name SS# etc. is being used fraudulently.  You can barely understand anything they say even ACS Affidavit Consolidation Services is difficult to understand.  I called them to tell them to remove my work number from their list, this is not Saul, this is my direct office line, and I don't think Robert Smith's real name is Robert Smith.  I am sure they are out to ruin you credit, bank account, and name.  CREEPS!!!!

OMG....I am getting these same messages.  From Ronnie Cooper, trying to collect on a payday loan that they are suing me and that my DL and SS are under investigation, blah, blah...I knew this was bu***hit, everyone beware these guys are scammers!!!!!!  They say they are ACS from Advanced Cash USA.  These guys are idiots.  Then, I call back and they scream pay me the money now and hang up on me several times because I caught on that they are liars!

Got a call from an Indian gentleman whose name I could not pronounce, he put on his supervisor, Andy Clark.  They claim they are calling from ACS or Affidavit Consolidation Services about a payday loan (from Advance Cash USA) that was deposited to my account in 12/2008 for $300 that they claim I have not paid back.  They claim the payday loan companies agreement stated they would never notify me in "black and white" that I owed them money.  (Whatever!)  The caller had my name and last four on my SSN, yikes!  I tried to get some documentation of the money due but the guy just kept saying they cannot provide me anything in "black and white". The #954-603-5038 is what he gave me to call him back on.

Heavily accented female voice,"Sara Allen" (or some derivative) left vm on my unpublished cell phone saying that my SSN had been used fraudulently, and I must call immediately.  There was much background noise like a boiler room for telemarketing.  It seems that this is a scam where they randomly generate phone numbers that are called by some overseas call center to get someone on the line to give up personal information.

i have also received several calls and voicemails from this outfit.  They were looking for a person who had this phone number before me.  I've had several calls about him prior to this, but did not connect this number with a scam.  I called back and told them to cease and desist calling me, but god only knows if they will still call.  Definitely Indian males, young sounding voices.  Command of English is not good.  954 phone number shows up as Broward County, FL.  I also got a call from a number +496-656-7520

Same thing is going on with me. Someone wrote at the top that an Erik Foster called him, that is interesting because a Richard Miller called me and I asked for the number to Cash Advance USA and when I called them Erik Foster asnswered. (at the Cash loan place) How can that be? So they are screwing up and in the same room obviously. Watch out! Don't let them scare you and don't tell them anything!

this "little"  Scam is getting bigger and bigger by the day.  It seems that these guys and gals have several different scams going on.  this one starts with a website and then turns to bill collections.   They are also connected with many "craig's list" and ebay scams.  If you get a call that you are not sure about ask them for their mailing address and check it out.  tell them  to send you information about the bill in writing through the postage mailing box.  Don't give them any information what so ever!  they are only going on what they know or think they know and that is very little.

This person cslled my work and I would not speak to them as I did not know who they were. They called my daughter on her cell number and left a message that I needed to call and that i was committing fraud. they called me a yr agfo and its always a indian person with a heavy accent. Who do I contact ?calling my work is not good and it makes me nervous they have infomation about me as well as my daughter. They would not provide me with any paperwork they said I had it on my comp. They are parasites and as I read this site it seems they are all over the place.

These guys have been calling me for about a month now from the following numbers:496.656.7520 / 10.254.05.1200 / 954.603.5038 and several others.  When they call from the 954.603.5038 the caller id shows "Florida" but they never leave a message when they call from any other number the caller id shows "Unknown" or is blank and some times they leave messages and some times they don't but it is ALWAYS a male with a very heave indian accent and he always says the exact same thing.  These folks are HUGE scammers from a company called ACS (Affidavit Consolidation Services)and they always leave a different call back number.   Don't give them any info and report them to anyone and everyone so they will stop bothering people.

Subject with heavy Indian accent called saying his name is Erik Foster wanted me to resolve a 300.00 payday advance from a company called Avance Cash USA unk who this company is would not provide a reference number or contact number for the company gave a second number of 202 379-2317 to talk to a Roger Smith want ed me to pay 517 and then said 510 this is a scam dont give your ssn and report these people tryint to scam everybody.

I recieved a call from this number,Shawn Davis, an Idian sounding male called my work, then proceeded to tell me I was being sued for 3 counts of something or another for having an outsatbding payday loan from over a year ago.  When I asked him for the date, he got very rude, yet did not have one.  He said his name was Brian Taylor, yeah right, he asked me settle my debt, which apparently was $300.00 and now is $639.00, or if I go to court @ $7,000.00 He asked for me credit card information and when I refused he got very upset. Later that night, Brian Taylor, "Shawn's Boss" called my home, same deal, then gave me the number of the supposed payday loan, Advance Cash USA, I called there and he sounded like the same guy, when I asked for the DATE of this supposed transaction, he said it was not about me, it was about paying back the money, when I pressed he said he did not have the exact date, which I said if you have my file you would have an EXACT transaction date, he got mad when I said I was going to check him out and hung up.Caller ID: FLORIDA
