They must have called me a year or so ago because I have it saved as Bill Collector. They just started calling again in the last week. I think it might be a medical bill collector as I had a medical insurance company that refused to pay my medical bills, saying that my injuries were sustained in the process of breaking the law. I had a tire blow out and it caused me to hit a utility pole. I was given a ticket for "failure to maintain control".  I could understand if I was robbing a bank and got shot but this just an excuse to get out of paying an insurance claim. So it is Tax Refund season and some of these bill collectors think they can get you to pay off your debt with your refund. I had a credit card I called and offered to pay off my debt at 50 cents on the dollar, he refused and now I get an email saying don't I use my tax refund to pay off this debt, yep at 50 cents on the dollar. They should have taken me up on my offer when I had the money. I actually paid off 3 other credit cards this way, I offered 50 cents on the dollar and 2 said yes and the 3rd came back and said how about 60 ncents on the dollar and I said OK. All my debts were gone but this one idiot. I actually goggled on line and found documents saying that his company had settled for this amount with other debt holders. So I thought well if they did it once then they all will and all but this # 954 603 7038. They can dial there a** off as I just don't answer. In fact set that number to go to silent ring and I only know when I look at the phone. I do this with the unwanted bill collectors, work at home and anyone I just do not give a flying $hit about.

Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no voice message.
