They called me also claiming they had a wrong address package. Where'd they get my phone number? I only have a cheap cellphone that you can't get numbers on. They're obviously buying mailing lists with phone numbers attached.

Just received a call from Vic Fishman concerning a package they were having trouble delivering because of a problem with the address. Since I had not ordered anything or requested any information I decided to research this matter. I finally found 2 or 3 sites giving me a large amount of information concerning this person and company (International  Monetary Metals).   It appears without a doubt to be a scam or at least an very overt attempt to get you to invest or buy some overpriced metals.  From some of the reviews I read they appear to use heavy handed tactics and it has been reported they are not above using bait and switch where possible.  BEWARE do not return their calls as this lets them know your number could be a source of income for them.

Called this Dan Mcarthy back today after he left a message with my 70+ yr old parents (my childhood home where I haven't lived for almost 20years).  Says I requested info on precious metals over a year ago.  What?.. I've been in this industry for 17 years.  DO NOT work with folks wanting to sell you "investments or securities" over the phone.  Caveat Emptor!

They called me today from this number:  954-241-8930.  Left a message that they needed my correct address and to call back at the 954-616-0166 number.    SOLICITORS

Received a voice mail from Henry on July 30th. Said they needed to mail me a package, but had my address wrong. Wanted me to call him at Extension 217. I didn't. Henry called again today, and told me he had a note from his secretary that I called requesting information on precious metal investing. I told him he was running a scam, and hung up on him.

This phone call was received on Jujly 31 and gave Extension 016.  .   The caller wanted a call back about the delivery of an insured package. His accent suggested he was from some Asia country.  I did not return the call.

Picked up voice mail from a guy named, "Simcent".  Same number.  Same BS.  We got a package, blah blah blah.  These people should be hunted down and strung up by their fingers so they can't dial a phone anymore.  When will the system hunt these scum down and put them out of business.  They are a scourge on society.

Received a call from IMM 954-241-8930 said to return call to 954-616-0166. I have a registered do not call
number.

I got a call on my home phone. I have registered my phone as a  do not call number.  They claim that we initially contacted them, which is not true.

same message left for me, but caller ID showed them calling from 954-241-8930, but left call back for 954-616-0166 it belongs to International Monetary Metals out of Florida {telemarketers}...I wonder how they got my full name and phone number, since my phone is listed in son's name...someone out there is selling names and numbers???? Could be since I am on the Do Not Call List they are in hopes I will return the call so they can establish me as a customer and continue to call and not violate the Do not Call rules

What a crock. No legitmate investments are promoted on cold calls. Those are scams without exception.

Caller ID Says IMM. Daniel McCarthy says that he has a package for me and to call this number plus Extension 212 to discuss the package that "I know about". They are located in Broward County, Florida. I did not order any package from Broward County, Florida. I Did not return call. Notified Consumer Fraud Division Of The Alabama State Attorney General's Office Of This Call and the information contained in the previous notes.

The phone number is to a "General switchboard" and they will not give any information as they just transfer calls to given extensions.  Seems like a scam to me.

Same story.  Got a call from Daniel McCarthy at ext 212 saying he had a package for me but had delivery problems.

Called left message said that they had a package for me and needed to talk to me before they could send it out...954-616-0166 ext 209 Josh.  (Didn't call back).

Same thing, I have a package on behalf of ...... this is Steven, call me at same number.

Same story again, got a call from 'Al Mendoza' indicating that a package they sent came back to them due to an error, and that I should call them back to resolve it.  Seems like a way for them to try to obtain my address.  I'm not calling back.

They have a package and wanted me to verify they address.

They have a package for Gary Penner which has apparently the wrong address in Grand Junction Co. This happens sometimes especially during the holiday season. Please call to verify correct mail address
