Josh Berry called my office and attempted to bypass the receptionist, who was screening the call, by saying that he needed to speak to me personally about a 18 wheeler accident.  

Josh Blueberry called from this number specifically requesting by name who "he understands does 18 wheeler cases" and he's "heard that he's one of the best".  Also said was interested in finding attorneys in several parishes to handle 18 wheeler cases.  When call is returned goes straight to VM/

Josh, your replying to posts that do not get reply mails.   Let me explain this to you, its very common for illegal operations using illegal tactics to use and abuse someone's name and company names.  They use and abuse to further the deception.  Here is a example:

Phone and name spoofing are a horrible thing to have happen. The only thing you can do is report it to the appropriate agency's.

Hi, my name is josh. I do not work for accident attorney finders, nor have I behaved in any such manner.

Same tactics as mentioned above. Caller said he was looking for a lawyer for a wrongful death case in an effort to bypass my receptionist.

Very rude. Sales call to our law firm. Tried to bypass the person answering the phone by using deceptive methods and intimidation, but got upset when told that solicitation calls like his are not accepted. Why would our firm want to deal with someone like that?

Rude man by the name of Josh Berry calling from who he said was Accident Attorneys.  Got mad when he was told our business was not interested and told me "your company sucks anyways, we don't want your business."   He proceeded to call us back 3 days later (acting nice as can be) and when he gave his name I asked him if he was the person who called us telling us our company sucked and he got defensive and said he has never called our company before.  

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY!!

Josh Berry had the nerve to call our company again and when I asked him if he was the man who called and said our company sucks he got very defensive and told me that I was wrongly accusing him of something he didn't do.  I told asked him if he was calling from Accident Attorneys and he said it doens't matter where I am calling from and hung.

A Josh Berry from who he said was calling from Accident Attorneys was very rude.  Basically told him we were not interested and he got so mad he said "well we don't want your business anyways because I can tell your company sucks" and then rudely hung up.  Do not give this company any of your business since they allow their telemarketers/salespeople to be rude.
