s*** bag telemarketers

I have received several calls from these clowns from several numbers.  I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling, and have pointed out that my number is on the national do-not-call list.  And yet the calls continue.....

They are back at it. They said I inquired, and I did not. I have insurance. But since I knew these people were up to something, I answered a few of their questions. First question"whats your first name",I replied w/ my name.  They said oh yes we have that.2 question"last name?" I gave them that too.  They then asked if this was for me and I told them no, only for my children. Guess what? They hung up on me. Scammers!! Tryin to get your info and using the crappy health care gig to get it!!

Based on the experiences of those above, I would suggest you seek the advice of a Florida lawyer (suspected telephone harassment is reportable, as appropriate) or at the very least report serious issues to the Florida Attorney General or the local Florida BBB.  Stand up for yourselves!  You do not have to roll over!  I look at the reports on this number and cannot beleive it

What a nuisance!  There really ought to be a way to block calls from certain numbers.

called me four times in a 7 hour period.  I have health insurance theyre saying I inquired about health insurance.  I did no such thing.  Got to be a scam.

Do not call anymore  I already have health insurance.

Left message on voice mail that I had filled out an online health insurance application, which I have not. Now I am concerned they or someone else has stolen my identity.  Beware!

I keep getting calls from 954-640-5600 and they keep asking for Alan Trintcher.  I have told atleast 3 different people that they have the wrong number but they keep calling.  It's really getting rediculous.

They are just calling everyone at random, hoping to stump someone because eventually they will run into someone that had looked for a cheaper insurance quote. That's when they get you because you thought it was regarding your legitimate inquiries of insurance. In fact, it is not about what you have done at all. Just scam artists preying on coincidence and chance. If indeed you are looking for quotes, you should contact company directly yourself and speak to a live person via landline phone. Make certain they give you all the info you need on that 1 phone call and do not provide your number or too much info. Call them in with blocked number & if they still can see your number thru you blocking by them using specific technology then you can let them know how shady that is and that you will not do any business with such a company. Regarding phone calls... DO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE EVER if you do not absolutely know who it is. If it is family, friends, banks, important companies or clients, or even a possible date...... If it is important enough, THEY WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE and then when calling back companies' numbers, DIAL THE ORIGINAL CONTACT NUMBER YOU HAVE ON FILE FOR THEM- - DO NOT DIAL THE NUMBER OR EMAIL THE ADDRESS THEY LEAVE YOU ON YOUR VOICEMAIL. Say CitiBank had left a message stating it was imperative you contact them right away regarding your account & you are to call them at the number & extension they provide............ DO NOT DO IT! Instead, go get your CitiBank Card or Bill and contact them with the Phone Number listed on card or bill & let them know you received a message from them regarding this matter & then take it from there. If you wish to speak to the correct, legitimate people then.... YOU MUST TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO INSURE THAT HAPPENS! Be Smart about it all. Don't let these Rats Con US Citizens!! Take A Stand!! By the way, you WILL SURVIVE without answering your phone and you WILL BE MORE AT PEACE if you just turn your ringer OFF on your landline, you will get the important messages so fear not. If using your cell phone, then silent ringer or adjust volumes & ring tones. If you really do not want to be tied to dealing with these scams every moment of the day when out, YOU SHOULD NOT DO TOO MUCH CALLING & SEARCHING FROM YOUR CELL PHONES. Wait till you get to the computer if it is not absolutely necessary to make those calls, searches or emails at that very minute from your phone (life or death) then, DON"T DO IT, WAIT! Have a little patience and use a little more common sense so that you do not give these crooks the upper hand by putting yourself in that position in the first place (regarding using cell phones for everything).      Best Regards!

This morning, received call from this number, asking for same person, Candice, as last night at the other 954 number. I have Do Not Disturb, and am reporting both of these calls.

Commercial Marketing Group out of Florida.  They continue calling and never leave a message.  I am also on the do not call list.

Health insurance scam!

Received calls from this number.  Believe a scam.

I received calls from 954-640-5600 starting at 11:16am and the final call was at 12:35pm there was a total of 3 calls in about an hour looking for a woman named Tina. The first two times I answered(pretty sure it was the same guy all three times) I said nicely to stop calling that the person they were looking for no longer was using this number. The third call was a very verbal call the guy was swearing at me the whole time and I said if he didn't stop calling I was going to involve my lawyer and the response was (before being hung up on)"Go ahead you F***King B***H". I then turned around called the number back and spoke to someone in customer service who cut me off and said "let me transfer you to an operator"I then spoke to the operator who was very polite to me the whole time and said she would locate my number and remove it from their systems right away. I guess I will wait and see if they really do remove it. Other wise I will be seeking legal action. Oh and by the way the number comes up as a land line located in Ft. Lauder-dale FL.

total harassment at this point  9:30am and already 4 calls. And 4 calls yesterday. Not counting the calls from a similar number also health insurance.

This number keeps calling to TRY and sell me insurance...... For the past week I have rec. 10 calls from them. I keep telling them I already have insurance take my #  out of your system. Well today I rec ANOTHER call from them. And AGAIN I have told them take my number out. This MF hangs up on me. POOR POOR customer service!! I have had people call no hello no nothing. I just hear people conversation in the bad round. This is HARASSMENT!!

They called five times in one day leaving a voice message each time about my husband's alleged online health insurance application. We already have health insurance through work. The last voice message I listened to that day was marked "Urgent." I was concerned (was there a family emergency?) until I listened and it was THEM again. Commercial Mark is the calling ID.

Called at 8:05 AM on 20 March with "commercial mark" as calling line ID. No message left. Hasn't called since.

Similar to 954-742-5750. (See that entry... the scripts are almost identical).

it is for health insurance

just got a call from this company this morning. we already have insurance and are on the do not call list. very annoying and another company that called about health insurance called us not once but SEVEN times yesterday!!! ridiculous!!!!!

no idea why this person or company called. any idea of who they are would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
