This caller called me and spoke in Spanish, giving me a story of an injured family member trying to pump me for info. as he spoke his lies  I called my family members and confirmed their safety. He wanted all kinds of information. I gave him none. beware. definitely a scam.

BEWARE OF 954-648-1594 CALLER. THIS SOUNDS LIKE A CRIME DRAMA. Yes, I got a call from a guy at this number talking with typical black accent telling that one of my co-worker was involved in an accident and that he is held for that. He asked me if I am willing to help the co-worker then bring 2000.00$ otherwise, he is going to kill my co-worker; he would give only 20 minutes to make the money and he told me not to cut the call and don't do anything stupid otherwise he will kill my co-worker. He sounded very serious and talked with profane words in his conversation. Didn't know if its true or not, I negotiated with him for 20 minutes over the phone and finally I told him that I need to go out and borrow money (manage to bring down to 100 $ !) and so I have to cut the call and he agreed to call back in 20 minutes. Meanwhile, I called my co-workers wife to find out that he is fine and working at the company. I didn't call the scammer and he didn't call me either !!!
