they are looking for hernandaz or however you spell it. i am not hispanic. they say they are going to take this person to court and that call was the final call. they would come to the house to pick that person up or to the their job. i just wished they would go some where and stop calling my phone. they must be full of it because they have called twice already lol.. good luck in getting your whatever it is you want.  that person you are looking for isnt a part of my family.

About a week ago, i saw a tv ad about a spy pen, on the spanish channel. I then ordered this pen, and about 10 mins after, i received another call from this company Tous Software C. confirming my purchase.  The caller, so called named Luis Lozano, told me that i would be receiving my package around March 5, 2013 via Fed Ex. between the hours of 10am to 5pm. I then questioned them about this being a scam, and they got on the offense and assured me that this was not a scam because they were affiliated with Sony Productions " Tony Mottola" and with Visa and Mastercard.  I then asked, if i would be able to look them up on their website and their "manager" Paula Penegos stated that their website is was construction at this time, but i would still be able to look up their pen on Youtube. I decided to call again today March 5, 2013 at 8:00am florida time, and an employee named Javier answered, he stated he was a "Portero" which translates in english as a Porter. I then started asking him questions about my order and he said he was unable to answer my questions, i might ad he was rude, arrogant and ignorant, and then stated that the employees would not be in until 8am florida time to work, and that it was only 7am there in Doral, FL. (red flag) Duh, i am in florida, it should be 8am where he is as well. He hung up on me twice,while i was questioning him and claimed that no website existed then we got disconnected, although most businesses try calling u back if u get disconnected.  I called back and he would not answer, and message states that the voice mail box was full. At this point i am waiting for Fed-Ex to arrive at my home, so that i can take pictures of the Fed-Ex employee, package, and truck number. I will then take this evidence to the proper authorities, including BBB, consumer reports, and also will be speaking to the media, district congressman and state senator for further investigation. In my opinion, this is a scam by a group of scam artists, which i believe are from Central or South America.

I received 20 calls from this number in the past 24 hours including calls after 1:00 in the morning.  These people will not leave me alone!  I don't speak Spanish.  I have no idea how they got my number.  I have yelled at them and threatened to get in touch with authorities but they just say they don't understand, hang up and call me again.

These idiots called and hung up at 11AM yesterday. Today, they called me at 5AM!!! WTF!? I filed my complaint with the donotcall.gov website just now. I encourage you all to do the same. The caller ID said it was Tous Software.

My wife recieved many calls from these people starting at 10pm until 1:3am. They speak only spanish ,and do not have respect. Our number is listed under the do not call register - if you too , go to www.DONOTCALL.gov ,and put a complaint in to be investigated. This is a goverment website.

someone spanish keeps calling me from this number and I don't speak spanish. Please have them stop. They are calling 4 times a day or more.

I have been getting these calls, 13 times yesterday, and started today 5 am. What kind of people do this on a sunday.  Lose my number losers.  They speak spanish.

I have been getting calls recently from this number(954 653-6743).

Now, I saw a tv ad for a record/ pen on a Spanish channel and I I called( 1800 648-9196) it to log it in my phone for possible future use(purchase).


I just checked my phone logs, and everyday(multiple times) since I called the 800 number  the 954 number is calling me.

Recv'd 5 calls in the last 6 hours.

They have called several times. 1 call was at midnight. I finally answered and they spoke Spanish. It says Biomax on the caller ID.

I answered the call one of his calls. The men said that he was calling to me because I called him in the past, to ask for information  about somthing like a pen with an integrated camera. It wasn't true! When I told him that was wrong, I hung the phone. It was very strange, and I'm worry. But, at least, he stopped to call me.

Help have small children and the exact thigh is happening to me how do I stop it please I'm going crazy because of them

You should really contact the FCC and see what can be done about this... I filled out a complaint form just a few minutes ago.

I am so sick of this stupid number.  These idiots keep calling my bf's phone non-stop.  He received at least 20 calls in one day from them.  Upon reading these other complaints I want to know why this is still happening and what is being done about this.

My husband called an 800 number looking for a hearing device he saw advertised.  During his initial call he did not initiate any business with them because it did not sound bonafide.
After he hung up the calls started to come in from the subject 954 number and at one point when I picked up to tell them to stop calling, a Spanish lady with a Colombian accent, called me Grocera (or nasty) and hung up on me.

They called us again at 1:30am when we were sound asleep.  My husband had to insult the guy to get off the phone.  We could not sleep any more the rest of the night due to the level of tension this call caused us.

This number called me 9 times in 3 minutes this morning. They've stopped for now, probably because I answered the last two calls, but didn't say anything, just let it ride until they hung up. The caller was a Spanish woman. I really hope they don't call back!

recieved a call from this number at 2:30 A.M.!! didnt answer. pissed me off so I called back the next morning and got a recording.

I called this people because they were selling me this spy pen  that cost $179.00 they said they are going to send it and all i have to do is pay them with money order. Now im worried because they keep calling me unstoppable, I got so suspecious that I will not purchase nothing from this theifs. so please everyone please be very careful with this Matha fn peaces of s***.
