I got a call from this number during my office hours. I do speak Spanish and the lady had an accent very similar to those from Argentina or Uruguay.  She asked for Juan Sanchez and I told her that she had the wrong number. Then she asked for how long I've had my cell number and said: "I spoke with Mr. Sanchez using this  number in October. Be careful, it seems that the are stealing your number..." I hung up immediately. I will add this number to my black list application.

I got a call from this number and after i said to not call me she kept calling me back and arguing as to why i didnt speak spanish to her who can i get help from????

This number keeps calling me

someone called me as well. several times.  total of 7 times in 2 days. finally i said english for the 10th time and she said bye and hasnt' called back.  she was rude and so was i

I received a call from this number.  A very polite lady spoke to me in Spanish.  I couldn't tell what she wanted and told her I only speak English, then goodbye.
