Got a call from 954-660-1724 with a caller id name of "R. Crucet" on 11/17/07.  It was a solicitation for Florida State Troopers.  Reverse lookup using 411.com said it's a land line provided by PAETEC COMMUNICATIONS in Fort Lauderdale. It obvious that this is an unscrupulous solicitor by using spoofed caller id.

I also got a call as Patrick (above)did from 954-660-1724 with a caller id name of "R. Crucet" on 11/19/07.  I did not answer the phone in time and no message was left. When I tried to return the call I received a message indicating the number was recently disconnected....Looked online to try and find out who R. Crucet is and I found this site.

i got the same but from a 305 , i notice the 954 as a florida area code  , along with the same problem from a 786 , which sux because i have friends strung out all across florida . i got 2 diff numbers
305-503-3545 and 3555 , I dunno , scam or not , i answer and they just hang up...

got a call from this number 4/2/08 725pm- says it is disconnectd

Caller ID showed B. Spencer, I answered, and they hung up.  I called back and the recording said "the number you have called has been temporarily disconnected".

The same problem i have.Today i received at 7:55pm.
When I call a this number this number is disconnect.

The phone rung and I picked up the call.  The person on the line wanted to speak with my wife.  He actually called her by her name which was spooky.  I then ask him to identity him self and he hang up.  I then called back the number and it was temporarily disconnected.  Beware everyone the name on the caller ID was R. CURCET and the phone number is 954-660-1726.  Sounds like a scam.

We are getting calls from 954-660-8900, 954-660-1728 & 954-660-1732 so far.

We also are having a dispute with FLORIDA GETAWAY VACATIONS - they took money out of our account without authorization (police report filed).

Calls started after we contacted the BBB,  Consumer protection agency, agricultural Dept., Police and our bank.

We also contacted our carrier AT&T  and were told to use call block which does not work on these numbers.

Further research shows the PAETEC COMMUNICATIONS are the provider of these numbers.

I suggest you contact them 877-340-2600  AND email them (customerservice@paetec.com) about HARRASSEMENT and file a complaint  with the FCC http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html and PSC (public Service Commission) http://www.psc.state.fl.us/consumers/complaints/

Received a text message from a mischevious friend stating "954-660-1732. Remember."  Called the number and the voice mail said "The number you  have dialed has been temporarily disconnected." What is this all about? Can someone scam me with my cell phone number?

Receiving calls from D Boyer from 954-660-1724, different number never leaves a message.

Received call from this number at 6:48pm. on 8/15/07 Name on the caller ID was D. Boyer.Kept the line open until they hung up in approximately 60 seconds. Received a call on 8/16/07 from D. Boyer at 8:40pm from 954-660-8900
Stayed on the line for 60 seconds until they disconnected.

I received a call from this number at 3:35 pm (est) August 6th from a T. Owens.  I had no clue whom it was or the area code so I typed the number in google and rec'd this site.

I tried calling the number back and it says:  "The number you have dialed has been temporarly disconnected"  PUAMi20  It's sad that people have nothing better to do then try to scam others.  Their time will come when they have to face the Lord for their actions.
