I get this call from Fl to Ohio several times.
Annoying to say the lease.
You can't call back. I am listed on do not call list.
Would appreciate very much to see this stop

I KNOW THAT NUMBER. I USE TO WORK FOR THEM ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO. IT IS A COMPANY CALLING YOU FOR A SURVEY ON A SERVICE YOU JUST HAD. EITHER IT BE THE TEXAS CHILDRENS HOSPITAL, FOR YOUR CAR OR FOR RADIO STATIONS IN YOUR AREA. THEY DONT CALL TO SELL YOU ANYTHING THEY WERE HIRED BY THE SERVICE COMPANIES YOU JUST GOT FINISHED DOING BUSINESS WITH. WHILE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO LEAVE YOU A MESSAGE IF NO ONE PICK UP THEY DO NOT HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE IF A CERTAIN PERSON PICK UP BUT YOU ARE NOT THE PERSON THEY WANT TO TALK TO. IT IS CALLED A NEW VIEW BESATISFIED. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO TAKE YOU OFF THE CALLING LIST IF ASKED BUT IF YOU DONT PICK UP OR IF YOU DONT PICK UP AND TELL THEM TO TAKE YOU OFF THE CALLING LIST, THEIR JUST GOING TO KEEP CALLING YOU. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ON THE COMPANY BEHALF.

Sadly, surveyors are allowed to call, even if you're on the do not call list. Unless they're calling a cell and using an auto-dialer - that's illegal. I didn't answer, but I'm sending in a complaint since it was my cell that was called.
JollyJohn 2011-08-07 21:06:32 Unknown
My way of dealing with these calls that I have no idea who they are is to not answer. It has taken years of doing this, but they are finally happening less often. Maybe they will dwindle as time goes by.
Anyway, if people will stop answering any call they do not recognize by name or number; the dysfunctional "do not call" list will be useless as we got rid of the need for their job, which has truly been useless since its inception. But, unless people enjoy dialing numbers and enjoy listening to a phone ring until they hear a voicemail message, they could become extinct. At least, I do not have use any energy getting to the phone. If it someone I know, I call them back ASAP. When there is no message, the call was not important or worth my energy. So, stop feeding the "beast" by not answering when you do not know who is on the other end before you answer.

no one on the other line, they keep calling my cell phone and need to stop!
K 2011-06-05 18:23:05 Unknown
I also recieved a call from this place somehow and I am on the do not call list so I don't know how they are getting around this but I was told that you should not answer these types of calls cause it's telemarketers that set up a machine to call during certain times of the day to figure out when people are at home.

They called and said they are not a sales call but a survey for my local NYC radio station and if I answer I could win $250 I said I was not interested (they have called like 6 times in the past three days) and I hung up on the guy.

I have been receiving calls from this number several times a night. I have done a survey for our local Honda dealership. Now it appears we are on CMOR- A division of the Marketing Research Association list. I have contacted them via email...email@mra-net.org and requested to be removed from there call list.

Got a call from this number a minute ago. As others have posted here... nothing was said and they hung up. I hope this isn't the beginning of relentless calling. :(

I have not had my car serviced or have I signed any thing to be getting calls from this #. It keeps calling every 15mins. I read everything and I mean everything before I sign anything and I have not been any where to be getting calls unless Wal Mart is giving out info now when you go to the store. So there is no reason for someone to be calling me.
sam 2010-02-05 17:12:16 Unknown
Called me like twice. No one said anything. I called back and it was some type of company. So weird.
maxie 2010-01-26 01:17:26 Unknown
the best way to block any call is go to trapt.com its free and it monitors even blocked calls, so u know who is that blocked call .

I called back the number very politely and talked to customer service by pressing zero. "Being polite is key to getting information"
I found out that I recently had Broadview Networks fix a problem in my office. Simple enough.. they hired someone to do a survey to see if I was satisfied with the work they had done.
I'm sure anyone who has had a car fixed, etc will be getting a call from this company.
The problem that I see is that no one speaks when they ring dial you. It's not a sales call but a survey for customer satisfaction. It looks like they need some tech people to fix their phone systems / workflow.

I am getting this call at my office every night, but they don't leave a message.
marj 2009-12-02 01:08:14 Unknown
I just started receiving calls from this number and the caller id reads "be satisfied" so i am not picking it up. I hope it just goes away like the others, but they just called and it is almost 9 pm. isn't there a time frame that legally no calls are to be placed to homes?
Educate yourselves 2009-11-23 19:23:14 Unknown
You get these calls because you agree to accept them. When you get your car serviced and sign the paperwork it states in fine print that you will accept survey calls...same at the doctors office, buying a vehicle, etc. In order to for you to not get these calls you must read what you are signing whether it be hardcopy or over the internet. Honestly, who ever reads the "terms of service"...well, getting survey calls is one of those terms. That is why it is so hard to get off the list...somewhere you signed off on recieving these calls whether you know it or not. Don't blame the compant making the calls, blame the auto dealership, doctors office, etc. Ask them specifically if they hire companies to call you with a survey and tell them you dont want to sign anything that oks these call.

I had the car serviced, too, and received several calls from Honda afterwards, which I ignored before finally picking up and telling them I did not wish to be called. Could be that information gets sold or forwarded to other companies.
