Called repeatedly, indian male said he was from Affiliated Consulting Service.  When I asked what he was calling in regards to, he asked if I was retarded or stupid.  Said he would continue to call all day.

This is hardly a company, this is a Scam. Every call is different but the same. The name of the company changes and the names of the employees change; but the same scare tactics remain. They state that there are companies that are going to sue you and put you in jail. Then they try and squeeze you for information and get your banking information and take your money. I have done a little research and it seems that the group was operating out of California, but now they are in Tampa, Florida area. They have several cell phones with all different area codes and numbers. Every time you call one of them it is the same guy it seems. If you catch them unaware them you will get a woman who's name also changes frequently. Here are a list of "employees" and phone numbers that these scamers are using:

These numbers can be searched throughout the internet and it's all bad news. whocallsme.com is a good one, but there is many. I have tried to obtain a mailing address and they will not give. They are violating many rights of many people: old and young, rich and poor; but mostly the poor. I have been calling these numbers using *67 to protect myself and I have found it very enjoyable! If these guys have harassed you then try calling them (protecting your number), and if it is a girl ask for a guy and if it is a guy then ask for a girl. Try and get a mailing address - that's the golden ticket. Never give your real name or information, these guys are somewhat serious. Please help stop these guys.

THEY KEEP SAYING THAT I HAVE TO PAY MONEY FOR A PAYDAY LOAN.

I also received a all from a male (very heavy foreign accent) stated he was from affiliated?? representing a debt collector he was going to court to file allegations of missapropriation fo funds and 2 other charges.  These harrassing threatening calls come every few months.  I am not aware of these funds that I am accuse of.  They want payment over the phone and when asked to provide written documnetation, I am told that the cannot do so. The calls have also been made to my place of employment as well.

This number is being investigated for harrassing communication by our police department. This number called a business looking for a particular person. When the employer told him not to call there for him, he continued to call and hang up. We will continue to investigate and hopefully be able to forward our information on to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department for filing of charges.

this guy calls numerous times daily asking for an employee. This is a business and we do not take calls like this and he (Alex) is the name he gives us which I'm sure is a lie knows this and continuously calls non-stop harassing us being disrespectful etc...We have filed a police report on him and have been logging every phone call...THIS PSYCHO NEEDS TO BE STOPPED NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guy called me said he was from affiliated representing one of my creditors said he was going to courthouse to file allegations of missapropriation fo funds and 2 other charges when I called my creditor they said he was a scammer and not to answer or give out any information and he was not affilated with them in any.Reported him to the FTC. and state atty general as well

What else did they tell? What company were they calling from?

I recived a call from someone at this number saying that they needed to talk to me about misappropriate of fund - what the hey - I hate people that don't tell you exactly what they are calling about.  If they are a bill collector then tell me they are collecting for what company then I know what it is about - otherwise - no return calls from me -
