Phone rang; I answered, no voice on the other end of the line.

CALL CAME IN, MY ANSWERING MACHINE CAME ON AND NO ONE LEFT A MESSAGE.

phone rang and no one was there when I answered.  I called the number back and it is answered by a recording.  It is the Broward County Police Benevolent Association, a telemarking organization.
