Individual identifying himself as Ronald Davis claimed to have a buyer for our time-share property.  He needed money for closing costs, deed transfers, title insurance, and wire fees.  Money for property to be delivered in 14 days but always needed more fee money.  When I shut the funds off, I received no more calls.

Ronald Davis, states he has sold our time share but need the $200 to do a "Deed transfer".  States we will receive our money in 7-14 days.  It's been 3 weeks now.
