I too am waiting for a return of $86.42 to my account and feeling very angry. If you do get your money back, let me know.

I placed an online order for a $.99 trial supply of Acaiberry and less than 2weeks later my bank card was charged $86.42 for an additional order which I did not place nor receive. I called the given phone number and was told I needed to return the sample bottle with a return authorization number placed on the outside of the return pkg. I did so and paid for US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation and tracked the pkg. So now after not being able initially to get satisfaction via the phone and not being able to get thru the online address given, I am angrilly waiting for 7-14 days to have my money returned to my acct.  Then, I will be contacting the BBB or Consumer Protection to offer another complaint. If anyone has any further action to take to have their money returned, Please let me know.

I wish I had read all of this BEFORE i ordered from this company!!! I ordered both the Acai berry detox and the colon cleanser with the 19 day free trial period.I was told I could cancel anytime within the trial period. They charged my account at 6:41 AM of the 19th day and then told me that I had to cancel prior to the expiration of the trial period. HELLO- the expiration of a 19 day trial period isn't 18 days! Needless to say, I got ripped off $170.00. They said I could return the bottles and get a refund in 10 business days, anyone want to bet on whether I get it?

I too just got scammed for $87.13 for 2 months.  Just recently had the credit card company stop issuing paper statements or I would have picked it up last month.  Company said I agreed to their terms---what terms?  Never got product.  Credit card company sided with this shady operation - also said I agreed to the terms and they could not help me.  Which attorney general are you to contact - state or federal, that's what I want to know.  I am 75, living on fixed income and $175.00 is ridiculous!!!! I could have a year's supply of pills for that - not 2 months.

The same name (Ebodycleanse) and call number (877-814-4644)appeared on my statement too.  In calling, there is no answer, just rings and rings all the time. Luckly my credit card is  cooperating when I told them about this website and all the people having problems with this company.

I guess I was a lucky one.  My card was only charged $40.00 and a $1.20 transaction fee for out of country charges.  My card's fraud detection team caught it before I got my statement, and they  are closing out my number and issuing me a new card.  They got my information from a on line questionaire.  BE WARE of this way to capture your information too.   I also received NO product from these people.

I also didn't order anything from this bogus company, and I saw the shipping and handling charges right away so I immediately reported my card as stolen.  I still called to cancel the orders.  Now I'm nervous that I will be getting junk mail, I blocked them from my email, but I don't want to be getting paper mail left and right.  Has anyone been getting junk mail or does anyone know how to get off a mailing list?

I was also scammed by these thieves. I have 2 charges of over $87.00. I too signed up for the free trial of acai berry pills and a colon cleanse and didn't get them until 8 days later then when I called to cancel they did not want to refund nor accept the returned unopened bottle of pills that were still in the package. They said they would just send them back to me. I too want to report this to the BBB or AG, and I am going to dispute it with my bank and see if they can reverse the transactions. A "Ryan Parker" stated he was Agent 21, and was the manager for the company. He said there was nothing he could do. Please help stop these people! Get the word out.

I have the same problem.  Except we have never even ordered a trial or promotional.  Like most everyone else, it was $87.13.

The text that showed up on the bank statement was "EBODYCLEANSE 877-814-4644".  Called the number and asked what company they represented.  The call center was in India (could barely understand them).  They kept insisting that they needed information (address, phone#, name, etc.) before they could tell me the company!  We could never get the actual companies name!  Apparently they're a customer service company that represented multiple companies.  Somehow they got our debit card information and we have to cancel the card to cancel the charge and prevent further charges.  They did give us a cancellation #.... we'll see if it works.

Cat,

Thank you for the information.  I too was scammed and charged the 87.13 fee.  I spoke with a Neil at the 866-851-2318 number you listed.  Neil said that he had cancelled my subscription and gave me a confirmation #.  My next move is to call the BBB and AG's office.  These jerks are ripping people off. . .money is too tight to be giving it away.  Thanks again!

Cat, when I complained to my credit card company, they informed me it was on their terms and conditions.  How did you get them to credit you?

I took your advice and filled a complaint with the better business bureau.

I too have been set up for the scam. They have charged me a total of $188.16.  I never authorized anything when they called.  I cancelled as soon I received the junk.  I called and spoke with a Kim ID #5880.  She stated my account, which I never set up, is cancelled and I will receive a credit on my account within 7 - 10 days, which I do not believe. However, if this does happen I will let all of you know.

I was scammed and found out today. I had a $87.13 charge on my credit card and had no idea where it came from. I called the bank and found out it was a company called Lipaphen. The 1866 number was a voice mail saying the voice mail was full I then looked the company up on the internet and found out this information. Buyers beware!!. This is the first time I was ripped off by a free trial company. By the way I have never received my product. My next step is to contact the attorney general's office.

I too have been a victim of this scam. In doing research today (something I should have done before I ordered) their terms of service page has been changed twice, their links to the important parts of their website have been repaired; they used to link to a website for plastic surgery. The popup window still says something about a plastic surgery group but the link passes thru to their contact information.

The phone number listed on my credit card statement has been disconnected. If you call the phone number listed on their website, 866-949-0138, all that is is a call center. They tell you that if you are seeing their phone number on your credit card or bank statement it was because they were used to pay a bill, then almost as an after-thought, they say or because you bought something from one of their websites. You are instructed that you need to provide your customer id and the website name that you ordered from.

Their copyright info says FWM Laboratories Managed by Parwati Outsource Inc. I can't find any other info for that company other than it is based in the Phillipines.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. They will rip you off!!!

I ordered a trial sample of Acai Berry for $3.95. When I received my credit card statemement it had the $3.95 charge under Dew Labs, Inc. Phone 954-699-0814. A second charge of $87.13 under Lipaphen Acai Berry with a phone #of 866-8770-0692. I was told the second charge is for a monthly subscription.  I immediately told the girl (Kim) that I did not agree to this and to cancel this and everything else that is connected in anyway with this.  She informed me she notified the accounting office and gave me a confirmation number. At this time I also followed up with a letter to my credit card company that this is in dispute. The address of this company is FWM Laboratories, Lipahen-RX, 2495 Stirling Road #20, Fort Lauderdale, FL  33312. Phone: 954-699-0814.  Since this I now have a second charge of $87.13  on my card from a VIP Health Guide with phone # 866-851-2318 and when I called and spoke to David he again said my account was cancelled and gave me the same confirmation # as before.  I asked him for the billing dept # and he said we do not have that and they notify them by e:mail.  I decided to take action and called my credit card company and shut down my account so no additional charges can go through.  I have notified the Better Business Bureau serving Southeast Florida web site: www.bbbsoutheastflorida.org and filed a complaint regarding this company. The company business id is: 0633-0092012492. My next step is to wait 7 days and if I do not hear anything from either the BBB or the company I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office.   After a number of calls to a number of phone #'s I was told the account has been closed, cancelled, etc and that each one of these people I spoke to told me I would receive an email confirmation.  I never did.  I found an email address: billing@fwmlabs.com and e:mailed them to verify that the account has been closed/cancelled and that my credit card will be refunded $174.26.  I have not heard from anyone.  My credit card company has shut down my account and said that if a refund does come in it will be credited.

I did not receive a phone call, but I ordered a trial supply of AcaiBerry Detox from the place associated with this number.  The trial version was $3.95.  My account was recently charged $87.13 for the full version.  I have made several attempts to call and cancel and get a refund.  No one answers this number and the voice mail simply says the mailbox is full.  The web address I ordered from is www.acaiberrydetox.com - don't order - THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
