This 954 744 1496 calls me all day and they are now calling my friends and asking for me by name .  I will sue them if they don't stop they are harrassing all of my friends.

I received this call last evening.  I was not home.  I believe it is to contact someone who is using my telephone number and has for 4 years.  I cannot stop it to date.

They are a debt collector, United Trans for returned checks

I also keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone, since I baught a new phone (which, by the way, is a pay as you go, and every call or message matters for me).

This has been going on for almost a month now, and nothing changes.
They call me about 4 times a day, and whan I try to answer there is no response from the other side.
Sometimes, when I do not answer the call, they even leave written messages that only read ' Hey" or other short commercials.

I get this call on my cell phone. The recording gets me another number to call if I am not the person they are asking for so that they can remove my number. This has been going on now for a month and nothing changes still calls about 4 times a day

I have been getting calls from 954-744-1496.  I have a prepaid cell phone so it costs me everytime they call.  I want it to STOP!  I have "no" ties to what they are talking about.

I wish to exhaust administrative remedy with this notice.

(954) 744-1496 is located in Hollywood, FL and is managed by Advantel Telemarketing which is contracted by many companies. They're of no importance, however if you answer their software automatically adds you to numerous other call list.

Just a heads up, and I know all this because I'm a phreaker, which is computer lingo for a phone hacker.

This is an automated phone system from a collection agency 954-744-1496 that has matched my cell phone number to who name July.

Robocaller calls my cell phone, sometimes multiple times per day.  Two months now, with 3-4 calls to the agency (at 800-858-5256) with requests to be removed.  They are calling me by mistake and I have nothing to do with them, and they don't ask me for by name.  I will investigate suing if this continues.  I'm a professor and don't tend to use my cell phone enough to turn it off in class, and the first and only times my cell phone has run in class has been as the result of these annoying incompetents.

By law the HAVE to, start recording EVERYTIME they call, if you have caller ID save it and let an attorney know, if you told them not to call your number and they continue too you can sue them.
