Congratulations on getting your mortgage lowered.
Did you know loan modifications are free? All you had to do was to call your lender and ask for a loan modification.

I just received a phone call from these guys 877-968-8787 X314, John Charland.  When I asked him why he wanted $399 per month while doing loan process, he was a bit sarcastic in tone stating "Well, we will be working hard for you during this process and this will guarantee the loan process is successful".  I also asked for references and he said it was against the law to give out clients' information.  To a certain degree yes, but not totally.  I'm going with my gut feeling on this one.  I do believe they are a scam.  I have always heard a modification business should never ask for money up front.  Should always be free.  John is going to call me back next week but he'll get an earfull from me.  SCUM BAG.

I actually called these people in a desperate moment.  They understood my problems and sounded so helpful on my first phone call to them, that I gave them my checking account information.  Big mistake!  They promised to help negotiate my mortgage for a better rate, keep me out of foreclosure, etc.  All the while, taking money from me for these services (which I later found out should be free of charge) and NOT doing any of the things they said they would do.  They never once contacted my mortgage company to begin to negotiate my mortgage and next thing I know a sheriff is at my door with foreclosure documents.  Please, if you're contemplating signing up with these people - DON'T!  They are the biggest liars and scam artists I've ever come across.  If you can't afford to pay your mortgage, you can't afford to give your hard-earned money to these schysters.  I've submitted a complaint with the BBB and also with my local attorney general's office and hopefully they will be out of business soon.  I won't stop until they are!

They don't leave a message but I found out when I picked the phone up one night that they were calling me in regard to information I had requested. Working with them now and about ready to have my modification completed. After dealing with them I realize why they don't leave a message because you just can't be informed enough as to what they can get accomplished on a recorded home message center.

I received phone calls from this number without a message. I did answer the call one evening and found that Nationwide Financial Solutions were trying to reach me regarding information that I had submitted online in an effort to save my home. They did explain that the reason they don't leave a message is that without enough information as to why they were even calling, most people don't return the call. They had me pegged on that one! After being explained the program, I enrolled a little about a  month ago and am impressed with their professionalism. I'm getting the help I needed and am glad I took that call.

I am writing in regards to my experience with Nationwide Financial Solutions helping me with my home modification. I was really in a bad spot with my home. I was very close to foreclosing on my home and losing it. I really didn't know want to do and was at a dead end, and one night I was online and ran across an ad about Nationwide Financial Solutions so I wrote down the phone number and got in contact with them, and they put me in contact with a gentleman name Sean. I spoke with him regarding my problem with my home. He talked with me about the process and about how long it would take to get it done. I want to tell you I was a little hesitant and leary about the process but what did I have to lose. I was at the end of my rope so I proceeded with the process. WOW, I want to tell you it was the best decision I ever made on my home it was so smooth and easy and the process took only about 60 days to complete and at the end Nationwide Financial Solutions saved me over $1,000 on my monthly mortgage payment and kept me in my home. So, I would really recommend anyone to Sean and Nationwide. They will really save your home, cause they did with mine.

I'm going to start giving the FBI number to them.  I don't know who the person they are calling for and they are cussing at me and trying to bully me.  They don't scare me, stupid idiots!  They also call from 718-605-5907. Also shows up as 1126, 508 918 with no other numbers they all say Out if Area on caller ID. Same type of call.  Sounds like some one from a foreign country.

They'll get to YOU SOON! Your business is inherently dishonest. The sooner you're in jail the better. Looks like your scam business model might simply be made illegal soon --- you trying to get as much business as you can now???

SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Excerpt:

Leibowitz said the FTC was working on rules that would prohibit a mortgage modification service from accepting upfront payments. He said he hoped to have the regulations in place by the end of this year.

In the meantime, officials urged borrowers having trouble making mortgage payments to avoid foreclosure counselors that demand upfront fees. Homeowners should never redirect mortgage payments to consultants who promise to pass the money on to lenders, the officials said.

They said lenders are often more willing to work directly with borrowers than with foreclosure consultants, so borrowers should contact lenders themselves.

HUD can also provide referrals to approved counselors, many of whom offer free services.

I apolize for any inconvenence we may have caused you. We do not use an automated dailing system but employ people who are in need of work in today's economy. Unfortunely, some were probably out of work for that very reason. We hire and do fire those that are not catering to the needs of those people that have taken the time to go on line and request help.

If you do not want assistance, DO NOT complete information on a website asking for help. What do you expect? We have assisted thousands of people and have plenty of recommendations as to the quality of our work. We do not call phone listings, only to those who have gone online and completed the information. If you would like to take the time and call me directly at 1-877-700-1110 ext 306, I would be happy to discuss your situation and determine if there is something we can do for YOU. Not everyone qualifies.

Have no idea who Alfredo Mustier is. Does not and has never worked for our company. Our office is located in Coral Springs, not on Atlantic Blvd in Pompano Beach. As far as a Young and Associates company, there was a problem around April of this year with crossed lines with another company.

Do not call lists do not apply when you have entered your phone numbers on a website requesting information. This is the only method in which we receive phone numbers. We DO NOT randomly call phone listings. As far as asking someone to "please hold, all our agents are busy but remain on the line" is untrue. We have no such recording. We may place someone on hold for maybe 10-20 seconds while the call is transferred to a live specialist, but there is never any recording with a message or even music.

We are only trying to respond to information you completed on a website asking for assistance with your mortgage payments. If you would answer, we could either explain how we can perhaps help or take your number out of the system if we can't assist you or if you would prefer not to receive any help. Not answering the calls is not the best solution.
