The call is from Stellar Recovery, a debt collection firm with a branch in Hollywwod, FL. Stellar represents Ameriquest (Quest) Labs. Firm has at least two other numbers, 954-889-5295 and 954-889-5219

This is Stellar Recovery, a debt collection company for Ameriquest (Quest) Labs. I went to their lab with a prescription, no lab code. Quest wrote an incorrect code and Medicare and my second provided refused to pay until the code is corrected. Quest won't correct their mistake and I won't pay for it. Also, on top of the hassle, Quest wants full price for the test and not the Medicare rate.
Same firm has at least two other Hollywood numbers; 954-889-5219 and 954-889-5295. My Panasonic phone blocks up to 50 numbers, so everytime they call I block the number
