I received a call from this number, and it is from Arise, a company that offer work at home opportunities. I contacted them, so they called me back. The problem is that the number came up on my id, and when I returned the call, it just said "the person from this extension is not available...", which is not professional. Their voicemail should state the name of the company. However, it is a legitimate company.

Arise is a legit work at home company that provides you with clients after you incorporate with them. Usually most of these jobs are call center type jobs. This is def not telemarketer, you must have signed up with them.
