Same thing--called every 15 minutes all day starting at 8:00 AM. Very rude and abusive to my wife.  She asked who they were and they wouldn't tell her. Asked that they put on do not call list and they said they couldn't and then hung up.  Very unprofessional.  I don't know how they got my number, I was not trying to find health insurance.

Received a call from Global Medcare 954-938-9971. They left a message on my telephone acting like they were a hiring manager that was offering a job position. They stated that my voicemail was inappropriate and that the "supposed" job was going to be passed on to someone else.  Now this is wrong on a completely different level. How can insurance salesmen hoax people into believing that you lost a job offer due to the contents of your voicemail message. This is absolutely uncalled for. And by the way my voicemail was not inappropriate. It was a message about Christmas.

I was dumb and signed up for some health insurance quotes. I've been recieving calls all day. I finally answered and I'm waiting to see if they call back. I just plain out told them I'm just getting quotes right now, if I want it I'll call them back

YES, try private citizen.Then you have a business name and can sue and collect and BILL from the moment they pick up @ $500 /hour as this becomes a private line,like a 900 number.The law says you can do this.Your rate is your business, they can't force you to bill at 20 an hour.Lawyers charge upwords of $250.

30 times a day!

I did the same thing, checked the box for email to be sent. They started calling at 8am and have been calling all day.  I asked them to remove the number from their list. Going to do not call now.

they have called me twice in three hours today,immediately went to the national do not call registry website,and filed a complaint.I will keep filing them,if they persist?

There were none, and, I did not answer the phone, however, I sign up for do not call, not once, but twice! And I still get these Annoying Calls! Calls that I pay for. I only have a cell, and, unfortunately I apy for incoming and out going calls! Is there a way to charge unwanted TELEMARKETERS? I mean; like what else can you, when you've followed proto call, and, regisitered your phones with the do not call list. I never even bother to answer my cell during the unless, I am expecting a call. And most of my friends and business associates use the old e-mail thing:) Thank God for e-mailers! Whenever a unwanted caller calls and tries to sell you something you do not want, just ask them if it's free!!!

I screwed up and went online looking for prices of different health insurance and now all I am getting is these calls from insurance companies even though I told them no calls. Apparently they dont understand the word, NO.

I know I they got me.  I was checking on line for affordable health insurance and filled out some forms for info to be sent to me.  Will never do that stupid thing again.
