According to the website, a financial "expert" named DAVE RAMSEY appears to have some connection to this operation--perhaps he owns the company?  In any case, it's worth a complaint to his producer at FOX--just google Dave Ramsey show.

This is Heather...press 1 to talk to live person...I did...waited forever and then told "person" who answered to have them not call me again.  She just hung up...rude...but how do you get rid of them...I am on the "Do Not Call" registry

The Florida-based company behind this scam (PHL International) uses a predictive auto-dialer to places calls to hundreds of thousands of numbers per minute including those on the DNC list. They have called several times, with details on how to lower credit card rates. I just listen and then hang up.

Rec'd an "Anonymous" call 3 minutes before this call. I've answered both Anonymous and calls from unrecognized numbers like this and they always hang up.

They called asking for account info but would not tell me who they are. I am reporting them as a scam with my local police and the FCC and FTC

I received this call on my AT&T landline. I have been getting a call twice a week for two weeks now. Either it tells me that it's Credit Card Services and can lower my rate, or it tells me that my auto warranty is about to expire. I pressed 2 and was hung up on, so today I pressed one and the woman identified herself as calling from my credit card company. When I asked her to identify which of my credit card companies she was calling from and told her that I was on the do not call list, she hung up on me. I tried to call back but it says the number has been disconnected. I went to donotcall.gov and filed a complaint. Who knows what they can do with it.

It's a scam.
Got phone calls from "Florida" but with different phone numbers all in the same day.  I don't pick up so it goes straight to voice mail which they do not leave.  Just screen your calls.  You are more important than they.

4-26-08   got the same phone call....hung up when we answered...what is up with these people

I got the same call since two weeks on my cell with the same message left on my voicemail. When I tried to call the number back to ask them to remove my number from their call list, the phone kept ringing with no answer. I really don't want them to waste my minutes on my cell, but couldn't reach them. I registered on the Do Not Call Registry.
Can anyone advise what to do to stop them from calling us since I can't find the real company name? Any suggestions?
