Are supposed religious organizations exempted from the No Caller List?

I'm getting tired of this.

These turkeys have been calling my home 2-3 times a day monday through Sunday. If this annoyance is not stopped immediately, the next call will be from my lawyer.

Eliminate our number from your call list instantly.

Been getting hang ups from this number for several weeks now.  I've never had anything to do with them.  Why they call me I don't know.  Did a Goggle search of them.  Turns out they're an extremist right wing church.  Think Taliban in a Christian disguise.

My 85 year old mother is afraid to answer the phone anymore. These people call all the time and they send very frightening letters, too. One letter had the words printed "Somebody wants you dead."  Very sharp marketing techniques. They have hired a very expensive marketing firm, Douglas Shaw and Associates. They have a very savvy marketing strategy involving
"print, television, radio, internet, direct mail." Seems after reading some info about them, they have political ties as well.  Hmmm.  Stay clear, but if you are getting calls, good luck.

telemarketing churches? oh please-where in scripture does it say to do that?
stop calling people. only God can get you the money. when a church resorts to telemarketing you can be sure it is a lost church.

Unwanted call

They've been calling at least once every day for the past two weeks or so. The times that I have answered, no one has been on the line, just an automated hang up.

I can't believe how many calls I keep getting from Coral Ridge Ministries;
it is ridiculous. I give to my own church. I do believe, as said before, they "cold call" alot of people. They could use their time and money, by otherwise, not doing this. No telling how much money they spend, on this type of soliciting.

Dr. Kennedy passed on long ago. I checked their station; it gives me the "creeps" they keep using him to get endoresments. Leave the man in peace and get another preacher.

I've never heard of these people before and they started calling.

OK, I should've waited before posting... I just went to the website for this company ( coralridge.org ) and called their number ( 1-800-229-WORD (9673)).  The operator I spoke with took my parents number and said they were removing it from their calling list. I will report back if it doesn't work.  she was extremely pleasant and I hope this will be the end of the problem! :)

My parents are getting calls from Coral Ridge Min (or something close to that - I didn't see it myself; just get the message) for me and I don't live there anymore nor do I remember giving their number for anything recently.  I'm a good Christian and love doing the will of the Lord; but really find it unnecessary that I need to be contacted by phone, especially at my parents' home.  My father is hard of hearing and really dislikes the phone ringing for anything except people he knows calling him and this is causing him undue grief and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions as to how to get them to stop?  Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Tell me that when you are looking up at us as we leave this earth in a cloud of glory! You are very deceived, and you need to understand that if we die before He comes back, yes, we will go to Him. Jesus' return is very near, so if yuo don't believe, tell Him when He comes back!!!

I keep getting calls from this phone number to. I have never given money to any ministry named Coral Ridge, so they must be cold calling for gifts. I am sorry but this is pathetic, and for those of you who think Jesus is coming back soon, you better wake up and smell reality. If you wish to do God's work, give to the homeless, help the sick, go to the hospital and visit the sick. Jesus isn't coming to you my friend, but one thing is for sure, it won't be long till you are going to him.

Yeh, I keep getting this phone call too that shows up on my caller I.D. I have given GOD's money to Coral Ridge Ministries and I support their gospel teachings. I haven't called to ask them to take me off their list though. Keep LOOKING UP ! Our LORD JESUS CHRIST return is so NEAR ! I mean NEAR !!! :)

Keep getting calls from Coral Ridge Ministries, Fl.  I ask them to stop calling me, but they continue to do so.....told them I look at their web-site on a regular basis and will contribute when I decide and what for...
