I am not a resident of florida and I never filled in anything while on holiday! I have been on 1 holidayin the last 8 years! And not to Florida in over10 years.... And never once filled in a form during either times that was for your company name You must be auto dialing or buying call lists!  I was not born yesterday ....and i was a travelagent for 10years  in the UK and canada...and never heard of your company!

You are now blocked on my phone! Along with the Captian and his free boarding pass...

... They then immediately deposit your check and take their sweet time with you, and then write back to you saying the date is NOT available.

Telemarketer
I clearly remember filling out a form at my local Mazda dealer about 2 years ago about getting a free 3 day 2 nights trip.

However that turned out to be a scam since in order to get the deal, you must MAIL the form to the company in Florida with your requested trip date AND a $25 or $50 check (I forgot which). They then immediately deposit your check and take their sweet time with you, and then write back to you saying the date is available. I tried a couple of times, and the response is always - "the date you have requested is not available." Calling does not help since the operator is "from a different department" and does not have availability information over the phone. Picking multiple dates gets you a letter back stating you're only allowed to pick one day. Sounds like a scam? I think so.

Now, @Ross,
I believe the Do Not Call rules clearly state you are only allowed to call if the client had DIRECT business with your company in the previous 6 months. This cannot be the case as I don't fill out any forms from anywhere that I don't trust, and needless to say I no longer trust my local Mazda dealer and will certainly not ever buy a car from them (or perhaps any Mazda) in this lifetime.

Ross,
When your dialers do not receive a response, the sensible thing to do may be to delete this number and the form from your records. We are receiving calls from two of your numbers, repeatedly. After a while, whether or not you have a completed form, this constitutes aggravated harassment. Your initial form most likely was a raffle-like entry for a vacation with the other information you will fall back to (small print) listed.
And yes, it is harassment, if your caller is advised (even once) that the calls are not wanted.
Nice work on getting around the do not call lists. I will go to Liberty Travel.

@ Ross Fischer.  Maybe if they left a message instead of constantly calling without ever identifying themselves, we wouldn't assume they're some telemarketing scam.  If you're legit, leave a message!  Who knows, we might even call YOU back!

Repeatedly calling without ever leaving a message is the signature telemarketing move.  It only confirms that the call is not worth our time.

My name is Ross Fischer.  I am the owner of Back to the Caribbean.  If you received a call from us, then you definitely filled out a form while you were on vacation, and I am sure he told you where you were on vacation and when it was filled out. (unless of course you hung up on him before he had a chance)  When you fill out a form the Do Not Call List is not applicable.

We don't call lists, we have people's entry form right in front of us.  We are a licensed Florida Seller of Travel License #ST36277 since 2005.  And, you don't have to believe me.  You can visit the Florida Department of Consumer Affairs at www.800helpfla.com and put in Back to the Caribbean, and see all of our license information.  Last year we sold 3,000 vacations, we had 11 total complaints, 100% of which were resolved satisfactorily.

I am not trying to convince you to buy our vacation package, but it is also not right to try to make us sound less than legitimate.

I do not want to receive any more calls from this number.  I am on the Do Not Call List and this company is violating that ban.
